Pros:

The room was great. Very warm feel to it. Also the staff were super polite and helpful. We had a small issue with our room and they didn't argue and simply changed as immediately. Location was also incredible. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything: every single member of staff is friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. The position is excellent; the rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable
