Pros:

Das Apartmenthaus bietet auch selbst ein Frühstück an, wir haben allerdings in den umliegenden Cafes gefrühstückt, die alle ein sehr gutes Frühstück zum kleinen Preis anbieten.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick - alles bestens!

Viel Licht - auch zum Schminken :) - im Bad und Zimmer.

I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

I booked room only package but had breakfast 2x and paid. Excellent service and quality. I want to make special mention of Vava, she is a real asset to your establishment, Excellent at her job and very kind and caring.

Cons:

I would have preferred a sea facing room. Room 104 was very noisy and hot.

Es gibt sicherlich Unterkünfte mit engagierterem Personal, das nicht nur am Handy rumspielt!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, tolle Lokale liegen nur einige min. zu Fuss entfernt. Toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Fenster beim Frühstücksraum wurden wohl schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt.

Cons:

Personal war nicht wirklich bemüht. Obwohl am Anreisetag die einzige Zufahrtstrasse wegen eines Radrennens gesperrt war, wurden wir nicht im Vorfeld darüber informiert. Bei der Frage nach Buslinien zum Tafelberg wurden wir nur an einen sehr teuren Guide vermittelt, den wir nicht genommen haben. Am Abreisetag wurden die Schlüsselkarten automatisch um 09:30 deaktiviert, ohne dass wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert wurden.

Wir hatten ursprünglich geplant, nur zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Aufgrund eines Sturms und der Wetterlage mussten wir jedoch kurzfristig vier Tage in Kapstadt bleiben. Auch wenn das Wetter unsere eigentlichen Pläne leider verhindert hat, haben wir uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und unterstützend – besonders in der Situation, als wir sehr kurzfristig verlängern mussten. Das hat uns wirklich sehr geholfen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren außerordentlich schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da wir wegen der Verlängerung einmal das Zimmer wechseln mussten, konnten wir zwei verschiedene Zimmer kennenlernen – beide waren wunderschön und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Man ist schnell an der Uferpromenade bzw. Waterfront. Wetterbedingt konnten wir das leider nicht so nutzen, wie wir es geplant hatten, aber grundsätzlich ist die Lage wirklich ideal. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch, dass man über das Hotel freie Tagestickets für ein nahegelegenes Fitnessstudio erhält. Dieses ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und die Nutzung hat unkompliziert und sehr gut funktioniert.
Insgesamt haben wir uns trotz der schwierigen Wetterlage rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Everything about these serviced apartments made us feel welcome and at home.
Pros:

Very welcoming with a safe familiar feel so close to the beachfront facilities. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part of the stay! The food was great and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The lift is a bit old and outdated. Other than that, it was perfect!
