Excellent location
Pros:

The location was outstanding, offering easy access to everything we needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, while the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable short stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Excellent location, close to the promenade with spacious, comfortable rooms and secure parking
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, mostly because of its location and easy walking distance access to the promenade. The rooms are spacious and there is covered, secure parking.

Cons:

The bathroom does not have a proper shower and the bathrooms could do with a renovation.

room perfect for me even being near the main street din`t really detract from the space and great location

just the entry for the parking...I ma sure the gate will eb prepared but wouldn`t stop me form returning.

Good stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice beachy decor throughout the hotel and in my room.

I was on the President Hotel side of the building and there was no street noise. The street side of the building would get irritating noise from the mini van taxis in the afternoon and evening.

Staff were very helpful, with damage to my room from a storm being quickly repaired.

Cons:

The kitchen area was hard to use at night as it doesn’t have a light over it. It wasn’t practical to self cater dinners as a result.

Bed was too firm.

Location was a bit out of the way, but wasn’t too bad.

Sea Point can be a bit dodgy at times.

Pros:

We zijn hier inmiddels een keer of 4 geweest. Allerliefste personeel, leuk voor gezinnen met kids, locatie is geweldig, leuk zwembad gedeelte.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, we misten een klein zitje op balkon

Quarto espaçoso! Chuveiro quentinho.
Café da manhã delicioso!
Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos durante a estadia de 4 noites que passamos por lá!
A localização era ótima.
Uma quadra da praia e muito próximo de bares, restaurantes e mercados (dava para ir a pé).
