Should guests wish to eat at the restaurant they are advised to reserve a table in advance.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We went for a luxury hotel room, it was comfortable but tired. Breakfast was also very limited
Stayed here on route to catching the boat to Liverpool to the Isle of Man.
We had a family room which after one night the bed was so soft that we asked to change rooms which they did.
The breakfast was ok, the coffee machines not working for one morning, croissants weren’t re filled but we kept to toast and cold drinks and were fine.
The food in the bar was nice albeit a bit pricey.
The pool was enjoyed by the kids
Lovely hotel, lovely staff, Victoria at reception was extremely helpful and always smiling. Definitely coming back.

Bigger than we thought very corporate wine very expensive and not good quality. Prices per bottle around £10 more than pub nearby and the pub had better wine.
Nice room, good breakfast and great spa area. A flying one night visit where we were welcomed by a friendly lady on reception, and were pleasantly surprised with the room facilities and cleanliness. The view was nice and we used the spa for a couple of hours which was well equipped as was the gym.
Breakfast was great in the morning and overall we enjoyed the stay although we didn’t eat there in the evening or use the bar so are rating on limited experience.
Outstanding spa break!! Customer service from Allison on reception, Donna Marie in the bar and mason in the restaurant was exceptional! The package was great value for money - the spa treatment was high standard - food in the restaurant was excellent. Three ladies who go regularly to spas - this was definitely one of the best! We’ll be back 😁😁😁
Check in process was a pleasant experience with Laura who addressed a few of our requests.
Equally, all the staff were pleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast is good. Look forward to staying there again soon.
The staff are always friendly and pleasent and generally its a lovley hotel the room was clean and mostley well maintained
The temperature of the room was a little high they did provide a fan but it wasnt much use. The bathroom could do with an update And the room service menu is a little restricted as a solo traveller i dont like eating in the restrauant
Room was nice. Spa was nice and easily accessible, with a bar at reception too.
I was working nights, and the 2pm fire alarm wake up wasn’t great. I’d of been fine with it , should it have been real, but I was a drill😔
Hey ho. Can’t be helped but it did ruin me for my night shift.
I’d happily stay here again, I might be putting a note on my booking that I’m working nights next time lol.
