Reception was excellent. Room convenient on ground floor. Easy access with a slope by the entrance. Staff member opened the bedroom window. Receptionist told us how to turn the fan off. Waiter moved us away from a noisy group at dinner. Had 2 nice pots of tea.
Breakfast- long wait to be seated on Friday and Saturday. Cold plates. Hot drinks from a machine. No tomato juice. Food seemed to have been sitting on the buffet a long time. Lunch - Cheese sandwich perfectly alright, so why add awful tomato salsa and tortilla chip things that tasted like cardboard.? Bathroom basin cracked. Couldn't reach the grab handles over the bath so couldn't have a bath. Rickety wardrobe with noisy doors. Location not handy unless you have a car. Didn't feel like 4 stars

Convenience of hotel for a training course I was on.
Food was generally below a good standard, Breakfasts tended to be dry, overcooked and cold eggs served at opening time of 6:30.
Lunch, served as part of a meeting booking, again dry and no flavour
Coffee from machines was like drinking hot water - no flavour
The staff were fantastic, and the facilities great and the icing on the cake was being offered a free upgrade

Spar was poor had to wait for jacuzzi to come on steam room wasn’t great
My room stink of smoke! The bed quilt had not been changed it was dirty with what looked like chocolate marks on it. Could not open a window and the air con wouldn’t change temperature. We wanted to get rid of the fousty smoke smell but was not able too.

Some of the staff were very unprofessional (Luke) and others were very good
Great location, easy to find.
Easy check in, as I was using mobility scooter, we were allocated a nice ground floor room, to avoid using the elevator.
Really pleasant and helpful staff.
Restaurant for evening meal, good choice and excellent service from Maison and Luke who were really attentive.
