Изумительный отель! Расположение идеальное (5 минут до Треви), персонал просто чудесный, круглосуточно были готовы помочь с чем угодно, в номерах очень чисто! Номера маленькие, но это как везде в Европе, это нисколько не смутило и не испортило впечатление. Спасибо за наш прекрасный отдых!

Central, vice nice rooms and excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy walking access to everything in Rome's historic centre. It is very nice, and spotlessly clean. Our room was small, which we knew when booking, because we knew we would be spending very little time there. The staff were exceptional - helpful and friendly. I would stay there again anytime.

Cons:

I can't say that there were any negatives or disappointments!

A estadia foi excelente. A localização é ótima, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, o que tornou tudo muito mais prático. A internet também funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a hospedagem, com ótima velocidade e estabilidade.
Outro ponto que merece destaque é o atendimento. Todos os colaboradores foram extremamente simpáticos, acolhedores e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Kalim, que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Desde a nossa chegada, ele se preocupou em nos deixar à vontade, ofereceu excelentes dicas de restaurantes e esteve sempre muito atencioso, cordial e prestativo.
Foi uma experiência muito positiva, e recomendamos o local a quem procura boa localização, conforto e um atendimento diferenciado. Voltaremos com prazer em uma próxima oportunidade.

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que o tamanho da cama poderia ser um pouco maior para proporcionar mais conforto, especialmente em estadias mais longas. Além disso, o ar-condicionado funcionou adequadamente, mas poderia resfriar o ambiente com mais eficiência, principalmente nos dias mais quentes.

São ajustes que podem contribuir para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais confortável.

Acogedor y amable
Pros:

Ubicación excelente si vas a Roma y queres recorrer lo mas turistico. Las principales atracciones están a pie y se ahorra muchísimo en trasnsporte. El desayuno es excelente y el personal muy amable. Viajaba sola y un día que estuve enferma fueron muy serviciales.

Cons:

La ubicación tan céntrica a veces tiene sus contras. Es una zona demasiado turística y eso genera que por las noches las calles estén sucias y de día todo sea un caos. La habitación single es demasiado pequeña, tanto que no hay un lugar en donde poder abrir la valija y poder seguir circulando libremente por la habitación sin chocarse
