Really friendly staff and check in and everything was effortless.
I was surprised to see no complimentary coffee or tea in the room. I don't know if it's something with the type of booking or usual in this hotel.
Also two pillows per bed would have been nice.
Breakfast was my biggest disappointment during stay. Poor variety considering cost. Only used once seeking value for money elsewhere.
Bar staff also missing or no understanding in most beverages.

The corridors are dark, stained carpets. Could do with more amenities such as an area to make drinks, or a hot water dispenser and water fountains- I appreciate it is a hostel, not a hotel, most hostels have these facilities.
Far better than I'd expected it's called a hostel but in my eyes ever bit a hotel (except no kettle and glasses) I brought my own,great position in the centre, weathspoon yds away where I had breakfast, spacious clean room great shower, nothing bad to say about the place,I was on the 4th floor zero noise worth reporting inside or out,
