La chambre et l'emplacement, le garage.
L'odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner est pas mal mais certains produits n'étaient pas frais. Riche en sucré, le salé n'est pas ouf.
Tout était parfait
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location. There is a tram stop close to the hotel, and a train station aproxim. 10 min walk away, making it easy to reach the center of Florence without any hassle. Another great bonus is the free parking in the hotel's garage, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. The entrance to the garage can be a bit challenging for larger vehicles, but it is manageable with some careful maneuvering.

Hôtel très propre.avec parking gratuit. Les équipements sont à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles ( coffre fort, mini-bar...). Le personnel est très courtois, serviable et sympathique.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et à un prix vraiment très correct.
L'environnement est très bien, à 3kms de la piazza del Duomo, une station de tram se trouve juste à côté de l'hôtel pour se déplacer facilement. le quartier en lui-même est fourni en commerces divers tels que: restaurants, pâtisserie, glacier, parapharmacie et bien d'autres qui facilitent la vie au quotidien.
Les animaux sont acceptés avec une très grande gentillesse. Notre chien a été très bien accueilli.

Nice location, very friendly staff. They were also suoer helpful. Explain to us how to navigate in Florance. Clean room with AC working strong. Its a takes a wile to cool down but absolutely works. Very good value for the price.
Sehr gutes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern, freundlichem Personal und einer sicheren Garage. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber mit der Straßenbahn hervorragend angebunden – man gelangt direkt und bequem ins Zentrum.
