Great hotel for a business trip
Pros:

Чисто, просторные комнаты. Очень доброжелательный персонал на рецепции. Вкусный завтрак

Hotel pratique avec staff sympa
Pros:

Hotel central, staff à la réception agreable et serviable, Moritz, Ismael et le 3eme je me rappelle pas de son nom . J'hésitais de faire une journée interlaken ou une journée lucerne et il m'a conseillé avec Ismael d'aller à Lucerne puisque je n'ai q une journée et que je ne fais pas les montagnes. Je dois citer la jeune dame au petit déjeuner Magalie ou Marguerite , c'est une vraie marguerite avec son sourire le matin et son énergie débordante! top! On aimerait bien commencer notre journée en croisant une personne de ce genre !

Un excellent choix d'établissement.
Pros:

Un accueil très agréable avec un personnel aux petits soins et parlant parfaitement bien le français.
Le petit déjeuner magnifique avec beaucoup d'options sans gluten et laits végétaux.
Le repas du soir au restaurant était parfait également. J'ai apprécié également la déco et les espaces chaleureux à dispositions.
L'arrêt de tram à 2 min. et le parking sous-terrain à disposition.
Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement.

Tolles Frühstück. Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig und trotzdem in 10 Minuten mit Öffis im Zentrum.

Comfortabel verblijf op goede locatie, erg schoon en verzorgd.

Cons:

De kamer was redelijk warm, maar de airco maakt veel lawaai. Toch maar 's nachts uitgedaan en met de warmte geslapen.

Nur 50% der Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die man regulieren kann.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben Black-out Vorhänge, die zwar nicht 100% aber doch recht viel verdunkeln.
Die Lage ist nahe an einer Bushaltestelle und einer Tram. 10 Minuten zum Fuß zu Basel BBF, sehr praktisch.
Die Zimmer zum Garten hin (aber auch nur die) haben eine Klimaanlage, die man im Zimmer selbst regulieren kann. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr leise.
Man bekommt die Baselcard umsonst im Pries dazu. Damit ist der öffentliche Nahverkehr umsonst.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße hin haben alle eine Standardeinstellung für die Klimaanlage. Für mich war das viel zu kalt und es war nicht möglich daran, was zu ändern - unglaublich unsinnig aus Kundensicht.
Die Fenster auch zur Straße hin sind zwar mit Schallisolierung, aber wenn nachts ein Auto anfährt oder bremst oder hupt hört man es halt doch. Ich bin davon um 4:30 aufgewacht.
Ich würde nie wieder ein Zimmer zur Straße hin buchen wegen Lärm und Kälte.
