La chambre sentait mauvais la salle de bain encore pire
Les toilettes étaient collantes et lorsque nous l’avons signalé ils ont nettoyé en surface et il avait encore de la saleté dans la cuvette
La baignoire était remplie de poil humain et il fallait frotter la baignoire pour enlever la graisse qui collait aux parois.
Les fenêtres n’étaient pas bien isolées, nous devions dormir avec nos pyjamas plus nos habits de jour pour avoir chaud.

The location of the hotel was amazing which included parking at a nominal fee, the staffs were great and helpful and we enjoyed the amazing view of the castle from the room!
Overall, we had an excellent stay. The only minor issue was some water dripping from the top of the enclosed glass balcony during rain, which also occurred in the second room we were moved to. Otherwise, everything was great!
Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen und brauchten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Abends war es angenehm ruhig, die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer schön geräumig. Besonders überzeugt hat uns das Frühstück mit einem guten Buffet und frisch zubereiteten warmen Speisen, die ebenfalls inklusive waren.
Die Zimmer sind zum Gang hin etwas hellhörig, was bei einem älteren Gebäude aber verständlich ist. Wir haben andere Gäste allerdings nur selten gehört, weshalb es uns kaum gestört hat. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst und das Hotel war eine gute Wahl für unseren Städtetrip.

The location is great, a couple of minutes from everything.
The staff team is great and very helpful and welcoming.
I wish i can see Shattaf set in the bathroom, and also mini bar fridge. Aside from this everything was great i enjoyed my stay.

The room was in good condition, although the curtains were not fully attached to the track, which made it impossible to close them completely.
We opted out of daily housekeeping to be more eco-friendly, but this meant we missed out on having our coffee, hot chocolate, and water supplies replenished. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a designated area where guests could pick up these essential items themselves.
We loved the central location
The rooms don’t have air conditioning. You can open the window, but would be nice to have air conditioning as found the room to be a bit stuffy. This was in October, I would not book this hotel in the summer
