Would recommend when visiting the Falls.
Pros:

Clean facilities. Attentive staff. Delicious and diverse breakfast!! Short walk to the bus station when visiting the falls and plenty of restaurants in walkable distance.

Foram dois dias com muita chuva, sendo assim, não deu para aproveitar muito o hotel. O restaurante é bom.

Desapontante..
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários. O pequeno almoço era bom e ter chá, sumo e biscoitos à disposição era um plus. Secador no quarto bom e potente, quarto bonito esteticamente.

Cons:

Mal entrámos no quarto tinha um cheiro a fritos muito intenso, além de não apanharmos internet no quarto (cheguei a questionar na recepção mas sem efeito) e era muito barulhento não conseguimos dormir com o som dos carros (e não estava virado para a rua principal). As janelas eram fracas e não abafavam o som.
O chão da casa de banho estava sempre molhado. O pessoal da limpeza limpava de manhã e quando chegávamos à noite o chão ainda estava molhado, mesmo com a janela aberta, não tem extrator para retirar a humidade e a nossa roupa e calçado ficaram húmidos.

café manhã falho .. funcionários pouco se importando com hóspedes …talheres demoram p ser repostos , alimentos acabam e não são repostos .. p ex ovos mexidos acabaram e o funcionário não se importou em atender ou explicar pq não iria ser reposto … simplesmente alega q acabou … e q tiveram problemas como o fornecedor… poderia ser melhor … ainda mais pelo preço q cobram
