Pros:

Muito bom do início ao fim, café da manhã impecável, quartos arejados, atendentes muito atenciosos, hotel completo, e uma janta impecável, servem buffet de sopa a noite deliciosa, só sobremesa de qualidades, estacionamento amplo, hotel de ótima localização. Eu estou encatada.

Nós chegamos e estava chovendo, o estacionamento além de ser cobrado separadamente é coberto com painel solar. Tomamos chuva, estava frio, nem conseguimos tirar as coisas direito do carro 😣

Basic hotel, nice pool.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the pool area but only got to enjoy it for about an hour during our four night stay due to the weather. It was lovely though although the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were small, basic and a little tired. Breakfast buffet contained a vast choice but was not really to our taste. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was excellent. There is a strange bar area with a very limited choice of drinks and food which no one seems to use. The food and drink menu at the pool is much better and should be replicated in the inside bar.
The surrounding area isn’t very attractive but it is easy to get taxis to both sides of the falls.

Cons:

After a long day travelling we ordered room service and after an hour it was clear it had been forgotten and we were told it would be another 25 minutes so we cancelled it. To their credit they sent up complimentary soup and tea in an effort to put things right but it was annoying.
