que cancelaron apesar de estar pagado porque cambiaron de administracion
El desayuno es pesimo. El agua de la pileta sucia. Las toallas percudidas, estabsn grises. La limpieza mala.
Primero que la alberca sucia no se pudo usar no tiene estacionamiento y hay que pagar parkin alado del hotel contracción en trabajo mucho ruido otra construcción en remuneración mala vista solo contaban con sábanas no había confor en camas no quisimos probar el desayuno no creo que fuera bueno
Al regar al hotel no tenían mi reservación y me dijieron que la cancelara y que ellos me darían mi reembolso y pues no fue así gaste más por hospedarme hay quisiera mi reembolso
Que por problemas de administración te hacen pagar otra vez tu estancia no se vale

Toilet never flushed properly, coffee should be able to be brought back to rooms or coffee machines in rooms

Pedí una manta para la noche y me dijeron que si no había en la habitación no tenían, habían cucarachas atrás de la puerta del baño muertas, no había agua caliente para bañarse y la recepcionista nos atendió de muy mala manera, por último necesitaba agua caliente y manifestaron que el restaurant solo habría hasta las 17 por lo que no había agua caliente

The hotel definitely has a great location, I guess I was expecting a little more for the price that you pay. Plumbing isn’t the best, says breakfast is included however that literally means toast & coffee ONLY. I don’t like to complain but the rooms could use a deep cleaning before guests arrive.
