La ubicación
La experiencia no fue la esperada. El supuesto desayuno incluido es solo una cortesía de pan tostado y café; cualquier adicional tiene costo. El aseo es deficiente y el cambio de toallas y cobijas se realiza cada tres días. La habitación tenía una ducha sin puerta, por lo que se mojaba todo el baño. Además, lo publicado en Booking no corresponde totalmente con la realidad. Como punto positivo, el personal es amable, especialmente la chica de desayunos. El hotel tiene varios aspectos por mejorar.
Excelente ubicacion, el personal muy amable y la habitacion bien. Buen aseo de las dependencias y de la habitacion.

Nunca tuve problemas con las almohadas hasta mi estadía en el hotel.hacienda paradise.....las almohadas hechas de recortes de espuma.....deberían mejorarlas

Lo cerca a la playa, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el baño de buen tamaño y agua caliente en la regadera.
no tiene estacionamiento lo que implica que se debe pagar parquímetro, el personal poco amigable para guiar en cuanto al pago del parquímetro, ayudaría que el personal tuviera a la mano cambio de forma constante para que de esa forma pudieran apoyar al cliente, quizá valdría la pena que hicieran convenio con un estacionamiento y agregar el costo para el cliente en el monto de la reserva.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien siempre estaba muy abrigada la habitación.

El desayuno es pesimo. El agua de la pileta sucia. Las toallas percudidas, estabsn grises. La limpieza mala.
Primero que la alberca sucia no se pudo usar no tiene estacionamiento y hay que pagar parkin alado del hotel contracción en trabajo mucho ruido otra construcción en remuneración mala vista solo contaban con sábanas no había confor en camas no quisimos probar el desayuno no creo que fuera bueno
Al regar al hotel no tenían mi reservación y me dijieron que la cancelara y que ellos me darían mi reembolso y pues no fue así gaste más por hospedarme hay quisiera mi reembolso

Pedí una manta para la noche y me dijeron que si no había en la habitación no tenían, habían cucarachas atrás de la puerta del baño muertas, no había agua caliente para bañarse y la recepcionista nos atendió de muy mala manera, por último necesitaba agua caliente y manifestaron que el restaurant solo habría hasta las 17 por lo que no había agua caliente
