Overall. Highly recommended
Cons:

We were disappointed there were no complimentary tea and coffee. Would rate higher if this was in the room. The only hotel that we experienced no tea and coffee.

Also an extra pillow would make the comfort aspect more pleasant

Location, close to everything. Good service. We loved the terrace and an option of a roof top restaraunt.

Cons:

I think the room we stayed in was near the janitor closets and those door were slamming starting fairly early in the morning and we could hear them clearly.

Great experience with a beautiful view
Pros:

Great location nearby the S.M.N Station and the storic center of Florence. Great breakfast and candid personel. The rooftop had a incredible view as well! Would come back for sure!

Good hotel to stay for proximity to train station for going to airport the next day.
Pros:

It was extremely close to train station and the view from rooftop was nice. Drinks priced very high for amount and quality

Cons:

The shower was old and needed a make over. The WiFi was weak and breakfast was ok.

Pros:

Praticamente in centro!
Ti muovi a piedi per andare dappertutto.
Per il parcheggio ha una convenzione con un garage a 300 metri dall'hotel, che si occupa anche della comunicazione per l'ingresso in ZTL.
Terrazza panoramica con magnifica vista sulla città.
Veramente tutto comodissimo!

Loved Florence and enjoyed Marc Rothko exhibition very much and sight seeing
Pros:

I was upgraded for free. The room was spacious, quiet and on the 2nd floor air conditioning was effective as it was hot weather.. The staff were very helpful and and delightful. perfectly placed for walking to main visitors sites. Local Trattoria were excellent and cafe/bars great wine and service.

Cons:

The rooftop bar wasn’t accessible the 2nd night due to hosting an event. Sought out a neighbouring hotel to enjoy the sunset & drink.

Soggiorno nel complesso molto gradevole, peccato per i problemi di manutenzione del bagno.
Pros:

L'ottima posizione, a breve/brevissima distanza a piedi dalla stazione e da tutti i luoghi di interesse. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale. L'ottima e abbondante colazione, sia dolce che salata, con almeno una torta fresca (a volte due) al giorno. Il magnifico roof top con una splendida vista su Firenze.

Cons:

L'aspetto generale della stanza, ampia e comoda ma "datata". Il bagno con necessità di una accurata manutenzione.

We loved the location and the people. Just needed a bit of upgrades.
Pros:

I loved the location.. people were lovely and very helpful, and friendly. Loved, loved the upper roof deck.. that was why we rented on the first place. Thank you for being there.

Cons:

The shower could have been cleaner. Seems to need upgrades. Would be nice to have been in room coffee and tea.
