Great stay made better by the staff
Pros:

Third time using hotel.River views as all ways top quality.Location is fantastic for both sides of the river .Breakfast always a good selection of continental and eggs on request.only down as with a lot of hotels the quality of the toaster. Staff really helpful and always time to talk with you.Arranged taxi transfers flawless.We had been given a free up grade on one of the rooms.

Cons:

Small issue with Ants in bathroom but as we did not report this cannot take tha Hotel to task on it our daughter had same problem on 9th floor

Przyjechaliśmy z okazji moich urodzin i zapytaliśmy jedynie o możliwość otrzymania pokoju z ładniejszym widokiem z racji wyjątkowego dnia. Usłyszeliśmy, że oczywiście jest taka opcja, ale wyłącznie za dodatkową opłatą. Szczerze mówiąc, było to dość rozczarowujące, szczególnie że hotel nie miał pełnego obłożenia, a taki gest nic by ich praktycznie nie kosztował. W wielu innych hotelach spotykaliśmy się z dużo większą otwartością i życzliwością wobec gości przy takich okazjach.

Dodatkowo bardzo niekomfortowa była sytuacja z wodą w pokoju. Stała po prostu na biurku, bez żadnej informacji, że jest dodatkowo płatna. Dopiero przy wymeldowaniu okazało się, że trzeba za nią zapłacić. Zazwyczaj woda w pokoju jest standardowo bezpłatna albo przynajmniej jest to jasno oznaczone, więc było to dla nas dość absurdalne.

Ogólnie pobyt był poprawny, ale zabrakło zwykłego, ludzkiego podejścia do klienta i takich drobnych gestów, które budują dobre wspomnienia. Niestety raczej nie wrócimy do tego hotelu.

Great views, a bit quieter on the Buda side, excellent omelettes, very happy choosing this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is on the Buda side of the Danube. We were there to watch the celebrations from our balcony at Parliament for the new Prime Minister’s inauguration.
There is an outstanding Belgian Beer cafe right next door serving the best beers and excellent food.
