Wir wuerden bei einem weiteren Besuch Innsbrucvk´s wieder dort wolhnen wollen.
Pros:

Zimmer und Lage ausgezeichnet.
Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent.


Beide Bettenpolster sehr schlecht. Hart und unbequem. Schlechter Schlaf !

L'emplacement tout près du centre, parking pratique sous l'hôtel, belle chambre , bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu manger le soir au restaurant. Paraît il complet !! J'en doute .

Tolle Lage, für Bahnreisende entspannt zu Fuss erreichbar, historische Altstadt paar Minuten entfernt, angenehme Zimmer mit Balkon (allerdings unbestuhlt, schade) Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker...Wasserkocher auf Zimmer, Personal unaufgeregt nett..alles fein..

A wonderful hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful with every request (such as changing towels; they even provided an umbrella for a walk since it was raining). The breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

It was difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le choix élargi du petit déjeuner, notamment pour le produits sans lactose.
L'étage de la zone wellness et piscine est très agréable et offre une vue spectaculaire.

Cons:

Nous devons demander le set linge/peignoir pour la piscine à la réception, pourquoi ne pas le mettre à disposition directement en chambre ? Nous n'apprécions plus vraiment les moquettes au sol dans les chambres.
