Sehr kurz jedoch sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit im Empfangsbereich; das Entgegenkommen des Servicepersonals; der grosszügige Wellnessbereich mit dem aussergewöhnlichen Panoramablick; das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet; die Nähe der Tiefgarage und nicht zuletzt das schöne Wetter! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Cons:

Wir waren mit unserem (kleinen, ruhigen) Hund auf der Reise; den durften wir dann leider nicht in den Frühstücksraum mitnehmen. Stattdessen nahmen wir unser Frühstück jeweils in der - glücklicherweise sehr bequemen - Lobby ein.
Insgesamt also eher ein "Luxusproblem" das sich in diesem Fall nicht nachteilig auf die Qualität unseres Aufenthaltes auswirkte.

The Staff was rude. The facilities inside the room were not good. The AC blower was facing the bathroom rather than the room. We couldn’t sleep properly because it was feeling very hot.

Very nice
Pros:

Breakfast is awesome. Fresh orange juice is the highlight.
Pool and jacuzzi on rooftop are a well-earned reward after a city visit.
