Excellent location
Pros:

Location. Very central near Stachus and underground transport.

Cons:

No air-conditioning, very hot and noisy. Bathroom too small. Very narrow shelves in the bathroom are on top of the toilet and easily one drops something. No space for anything near the sink.

Very bad experience and not worth the value

The room smells like cockroach.
Room description dose not match the actual specially, the part which is related to air-conditioning.
We can not open the window to get fresh air because the kitchen is located below and all the cooking smells inside the room..

Für den Preis oder dieser Lage kann man nicht meckern. Ich würde es anderen Leuten empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderbar sauber, das Bad gross genug und auch das Bett war ziemlich bequem. Sie haben auch eine Klimaanlage welche zwar laut ist aber gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist nahezu unschlagbar direkt in der Stadtmitte. Sollte man mit der Bahn anreisen kann man problemlos hinlaufen. Personal war soweit auch nett.

Cons:

Ich hätte es gut gefunden wenn man einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eventuell auch einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gehabt hätte. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein und man wartet teils recht lange bis dieser kommt und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ausserdem hört man auch sehr leicht die anderen Gäste was bei manchen Personen oder hoher Belegung schon als störend empfunden werden kann.
