Extremely nice staff
Pros:

The location is quite convenient in the centre of everything room quite spacious considering paris rooms small size the staff are incredibly nice and kind and this is what makes this hotel special hajar lea nabil saidi aicha are extremely friendly helpful and kind

Cons:

The noise from the street the windows are so thin that u can hear everything i definitely something has to be done

Great location, but a terrible 10-night experience with unacceptable maintenance and service.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Jana and the Portuguese lady working at the hotel were also genuinely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, they were the only positive part of the service during my stay.

Cons:

I paid extra to upgrade to a suite, but the AC only worked in the entrance area and not in the bedroom. I stayed for 10 nights sleeping with a fan, and despite reporting the problem, the AC was only fixed on my LAST day. The bathroom was also leaking water, which staff told me was caused by the AC. The soundproofing was terrible and I could clearly hear the rooms next to me.

Worst of all, one day before checkout at around 11 AM, I was woken up by a staff member opening my door and putting his head inside, telling me to “get out.” I explained that I had extended my stay for another night, and he told me the room was “not available,” even though it was still showing as available on Booking.com. Regardless of any reservation confusion, entering an occupied room and speaking to a guest like this is completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, there was dust everywhere, I left my sunglasses from afternoon to midnight and found dust on it.

For the price of a suite and a 10-night stay, the maintenance, communication and overall service were extremely disappointing.

I would definitely stay here and also recommend this hotel to everyone i know.The staff helped a Lot
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. It was grand indeed, from the kind, reliable and very helpful staff (Shoutout to Shahin and Gina), to the ambience, to the amazing Aqua Di Parma products they had for free for all guests, to the location, to the free drinks at the reception, EVERYTHING was absolutely splendid.

An excellent stay at Grand Hôtel Champs-Élysées. The location was perfect, and the entire team made our experience truly special. A particular thank you to Fatima, Jana, Shahin, Nabil, Henri, Lia and Rami for their kindness, professionalism and outstanding hospitality. They were all wonderful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. This will definitely be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Paris. Highly recommended!

Excelente ubicacion, la atencion de los chicos en recepcion excelente el desyuno excelente y la atencion mucho mejor.
