Loved the location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very functional and the bed was very comfortable.

Good location. Clean. Overpriced for what was offered
Pros:

Location was great for us. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Charlotte at reception was very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing and overpriced for what was on offer. The main coffee machine was out of order both mornings we were there, and was replaced by one small Nespresso machine fo all all guests! Pots of yogurt would have been a welcome addition.
Toilet roll/ tissues were not replenished in bathroom for second night

Nos hicieron pasar un mal momento recibiendo intimidación de parte del recepcionista y un taxista q el decidio llamar para q nos llevara cuando no se le pidio cobrando carisimo e intentando cobrar 25€ por hacerlo esperar cuando nosotros ni lo pedimos, nos gritaron nos intimidaron llegamos a sentir q nos harian daño pesima experiencia pensaba volver con mi familia pero prefiero buscar otro lugar q me dio mucho miedo y desconfianza

In Ordnung, aber nicht noch einmal.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es roch gut! Die Mitarbeiter waren ohne Ausnahme zuvorkommend, freundlich und unglaublich nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist doch recht in die Jahre gekommen, es blättert Farbe ab, Nachttisch mehr als wackelig. Silikonfugen in der Dusche, Wände in der Toilette und Dusche wurden einfach schwarz überstrichen - Designelement oder Notwendigkeit?
Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock zur Straße hin, nachts und am frühen Morgen war es entsprechend laut.
Sehr störend war, dass wann immer jemand im Haus über uns die Toilette betätigt hat, ein lauten Spülgeräusch durch unsere Toilette /Dusche rauschte. Für leichte Schläfer keine Option.
Die Mitarbeiter und die Sauberkeit haben viel wett gemacht, aber ich würde aufgrund der genannten Punke nicht noch einmal hier schlafen.

I'll go back to this hotel on the next Paris visit.
Pros:

Staff were so very friendly, helpful and really wonderful. Breakfast was a treat with lots of choices and the staff making sure there were adequate amounts of all the foods offered. Quick elevator. Coffee anytime with expresso and other choices. Ice on request and quickly delivered. Restaurant recommendation in both French and English

I liked everything. No dislikes at all.
