I like the location
The location was great, so close to Spanish steps and walkable distance to main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Some rooms had a pretty old bathroom (clearly some had been renovated and others had not). The blankets on the beds looked pretty dated and not something I’d want on my bed, luckily we removed them as it was warm. They should really be replaced with duvet and duvet covers. Staff were kind but not always very helpful, for instance when asked for a restaurant recommendation they didn’t really know.

Het was erg schoon (ook de bedden) en de ligging is heel erg goed. Het balkon is erg fijn!
Het is absoluut niet rolstoelvriendelijk terwijl het wel is aangegeven aan rolstoelvriendelijk. Er zijn geen kamers op de begane grond en de rolstoel kan niet in de lift. Die moest constant worden ingeklapt om de lift in te kunnen. (Ook met gratis upgrade bleef ik aan het slepen met de rolstoel.) In de rolstoel kun je ook niet bij het ontbijt komen ivm een aantal treden omhoog en weer omlaag.
De bedden waren niet erg confortabel.

Localização privilegiada próxima a fontana de Trevisa e ao Metro. Dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé e quando necessario o metrô é ao lado. Restaurantes, comercio; mercados; tudo do lado.
Quartos ok com conforto básico. Café da manhã ok
Tivemks que para chegar no quarto passar por alguns lances de escada que com malas pesadas atrapalham um pouco.
