La ubicacion

Cons:

Para llegar a la habitacion habia que tomar un ascensor, laberinto a otra parte del hotel con escaleras que dificultaba trasladar valijas, la.limpoeza regular, llegamos y en la primer utilización de la ducha el desagote tapado. Avisamos y lo destaparon, la mampara no cerraba del todo bien y salia agua al piso del baño.

Lo trovo caro e soprattutto la stanza non adeguata il bagno un disastro sporco vecchio la doccia minuscola piena di calcare e soprattutto ti bagni tutti i capelli perché il doccione era fisso
X questo prezzo è veramente assurdo
Lo fatto notare mi hanno detto è un economi
Una singola a 150€ non credo si possa chiamare economy !!
Il resto della struttura attempata ma gradevole

We had a very good Roman trip overall. It's a lovely city and so clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was good but some hot food would be appreciated.

Location was excellent.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because of the street noise
This meant that mother and daughter had to share a bed which wasn't ideal.
Walls not soundproofed between rooms . All toilet flushing / loud conversations/ TV use could be heard from adjoining rooms.

Pros:

Muy linda y cómoda la habitación más espaciosa de lo que me imaginaba ! Práctico para guardar las cosas .. todo prolijo y la atención excelente ! Está en una zona espectacular a pasitos de la fontana de Trevi! Enamorada ! Lo recomiendo !

Great for the location and somewhere to sleep. Not much more than that.
Pros:

Really good location – walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was spacious and tidy but could definitely do with a renovation. I'm glad it had air con.

Cons:

The shower was tiny! As a petite person, even I struggled to turn around the the shower. The rest of the shower room was big so they use more of the space. We requested more shower caps and body wash but was told they had ran out, or something like that, and to come back later and ask. Not great since we were in a heatwave. The shower head was not detachable and so every night my hair would be soaked. Also, the rooms did not look like the photos. I could see that yes they had similar furniture, but the photos I saw were more modern and the room I stayed in had dusty shelves and rusted metal.

Emplacement idéal. Chambre supérieure neuve. Très propre. Personnel accueillant.

Lieu idéal pour visiter, calme et sécurité.
Proche métro, à pied vous avez trevi et place d'Espagne entre autres.

Propre, lit confortable.

Personnel agréable et souriant.

La terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner et celle de la chambre pour les doubles supérieures.

Cons:

Manque une étagère pour effets personnels dans la salle de bain.

Réveil de bonne heure par un monsieur du personnel dans le couloir qui parle un peu fort.

Pros:

We loved the day time front desk staff. So friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning was great in the room and the location was perfect for us. The breakfast was very well done as well.

Cons:

The evening front desk staff we could do with out. Not sure if he is just miserable or it was just his personality 🤔 very hot in the halls and in the breakfast area. Same thing here. One group of staff was great while the next the one young girl was good but the older lady just stood there leaving that poor girl to do everything.

A localização do hotel é incrível, fizemos tudo a pé ou de patinete elétrico. O quarto é espaçoso. Os recepcionistas foram todos muito solícitos e educados.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são bem finos e ruins, o chuveiro não tem box que fecha e no nosso último dia a água não esquentava.

Gut gelegen. Wir waren viel zu Fuss unterwegs.
