地理位置不错离地铁站火车站都很近。

Cons:

房间隔音太差，隔壁用水声，晚上呼噜声听得一清二楚。洗手间太小，洗澡的水压也很小。空调直接对着床吹，关了空调房间就又很闷热，开窗通风话白天可以但晚上睡觉会有蚊子。另外，负责早餐的一位阿姨对待客人的语气语调就像在训斥孩子一样，感觉很不舒服，这会影响一天的心情！

LA UBICACIÓN PARA EL QUE VIENE EN TREN ES IDEAL. 300 metros de Milán Central. Muy bueno el desayuno, muy completo no le falta nada. La habitación cómoda y el baño perfecto.

Cons:

La taille des lits une personne avec 80cm de large inconfortable.
La petite taille de la chambre.
L'air conditionné qui fonctionnait mal, d'ailleurs le matin il y a eu au moins trois coupures de courant.
Nous étions au 6eme et dernier étage sous les combles, on aurait dit une chambre de bonne.
Ma mère âgée de 90 ans a fait un malaise car on suffoquait dans la chambre.
J'ai fait toutes ces remarques au personnel le matin pour le check out, il a dît simplement qu'il était désolé et ne s'est même pas inquiété de l'état de ma mère.
Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

鉄道、地下鉄、トラム全てへのアクセスが良かった。フロントも親切。

Adequate for our needs as we tend not to spend too much time in the hotel.
Pros:

Location was good. Lift to 2nd floor. Clean and welcoming. Lovely air conditioning.

Cons:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Noisy people on floor above though not responsibility of hotel. Breakfast was quite limited in choice from our perspective. Limited hot choices.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro and the train station, with Lake Como only about an hour away by train. The neighborhood felt very safe and offered plenty of restaurants, cafés, and even a Penny store within 100 meters.
The room was quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. Thanks to its proximity to the central railway station, it is an excellent choice if you plan to travel from Milan to other cities.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, always ready to provide directions and useful advice. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Posizione veramente comoda, vicino a tutti i servizi, personale disponibile e premuroso

Cons:

Colazione non male ma migliorabile, si evidenzia l'assenza della Nutella, ed un albergo che offre la colazione non può non avere un marchio del genere, che incontra tutti i gusti e fa si che anche i più difficili possano semplicemente mangiare una fetta biscottata con nutella

De service, nadat de douewand kapot viel en in 1000 stukjes bij mijn voeten lag. De portier wilde eerst NIET naar boven komen. Ze hadden geen EHBO, niet eens een pleister. We kregen een handveger en blik om zelf het glas op te ruimen en geen andere kamer zodat we de laatste ochtend niet konden douchen. Zeer teleurstellend.

Bra hotell nära Milano centrale.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger nära Milanos största tågstation där även två metrolinjer passerar, detta gör det enkelt att ta sig runt i Milano. Hotellet är gammalt, men väl underhållet. Personalen är bra och så är även frukosten och sängarna.

Cons:

Vårt rum var lite tråkigt med utsikt mot en innergård. Området är lite off och man måste åka metro eller spårvagn för att nå centrum.

Ants everywhere on the 6th floor!

The only good thing was that it was next to the train station and we were there for only one night.

Cons:

Our room was covered in ants (on the 6th floor). I stayed up until midnight killing ants all over our bathroom floor. Then this morning they filled into one of our open luggages. I had to empty our luggage out and kill all of the ants, it was never ending. I called downstairs and the reception said he couldn’t do anything. We packed up and decided to leave asap. During checkout, the cleaning people were apologetic but I told the reception we were NOT staying for breakfast (too grossed out) and if they could take it off of our bill. He said no, so I asked him to waive the city tax. He was very rude and upset but agreed. Thankfully we were only there for one night. (Images of squished ants)
