Ausser der unlustigen Kellnerin war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer hat über alles verfügt, was man braucht. Wasser in der Minibar war kostenlos. Und die Lage war so, dass man zu Fuß alles erreichen konnte.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten im Zimmer zwei kleine Mängel, die Türe zum Bad klemmte und der Wasserhahn sprühte stark. Beim Personal gemeldet und nach unserer Rückkehr war alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Einzig das Restaurant könnte sein Personal etwas besser schulen und die italienische Freundlichkeit haben wir vermisst. Wir wollten zu Abend essen und haben die Bedienung gefragt, wann das Restaurant öffnet. In 5 Minuten, war die Antwort, und schon war sie weg.
Also ein guter Service wäre die gleiche Antwort in freundlich und vielleicht das Angebot, wir könnten doch schon einen Aperitif an der Bar nehmen, um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Wir haben uns dann für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden.
