Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. Value was good. Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Verona. We were allowed to leave our luggage and jackets in storage because we arrived several hours before check in. When we arrived in the evening to check in, our belongings had already been placed in our room. A nice touch. However, my wife’s jacket had been ripped by whoever brought our stuff to our room. I was told to write an email to senior management. I did that and I included photos of my wife from two days prior with her jacket. The manager apologized immediately and agreed to reimburse us full price for the jacket. This is very good customer service. I didn’t at have to argue at all. If we ever return to Verona we would stay here again.

Cons:

Cuando llegue,no era ese día era al día siguiente y la chica muy amable nos ofrecio una habitación x esa noche y al otro día nos cambiábamos a la nuestra.La llamaron de adentro y nos dijo que no había.
La verdad que tuvimos que salir a buscar de apuro y había lugar,eso me decepcionó muchísimo x que un cliente de ahí, nos dijo que había lugar.

Pros:

That had some construction going on which is a little bit that disappointing cause I didn’t say anything about it so it didn’t really bother us cause they started later in the morning, but it was a bit disconcerting and the main elevator wasn’t working and we had to use the other elevator. It’s kinda a little busy.
