A great stay
Pros:

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was a great choice for our family of 4. A very clean hotel with great vibes. The staff was incredible - assisting us with booking us another night due to a delayed flight home. Great location - close to metro and walking distance to some great restaurants

Posizione eccellente e tanti piccoli comfort che fanno la differenza
Pros:

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e mi trovo sempre bene. La posizione è ottima, proprio all'uscita della fermata della metropolitana Moscova. Comodi anche la macchina del caffè e il bollitore in camera, la TV con Chromecast, il dispenser dell'acqua su ogni piano e l'accesso all'ascensore con la chiave della camera. Inoltre, il personale è stato gentile e ha soddisfatto le mie richieste prima dell'arrivo.

Cons:

Nel complesso ho trovato davvero pochi aspetti migliorabili. L'unica nota è che la selezione di tè in camera mi è sembrata un po' limitata. Inoltre, sarebbe un'ottima idea sostituire la piccola confezione di crema corpo con un dispenser fisso, come già presente per shampoo, balsamo e sapone: sarebbe una soluzione più pratica e in linea con il resto della dotazione del bagno.

Wat een prachtig en heerlijk hotel in een mooie wijk in Milaan!
Pros:

Een heerlijk verblijf op een super locatie! Het ligt tegen de mooiste wijk (Brera) aan en ook fijn bij het park! (Wel 18 min lopen van Duomo, maar dat is niet de mooiste wijk;)) Het hotel is super schoon, en lekker koel in de warme maanden. Ontbijt is fantastisch! Vers en heerlijke cappuccino onder andere.

O quarto é um pouco apertado. O principal ponto a melhorar é a qualidade dos travesseiros, que eram muito ruins e prejudicaram o conforto durante a noite.
