Excellent customer experience
Pros:

I was their “guest of the day” and received free breakfast and a free drink. It made my day after a very long flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good !! There were water fountains on each floor to fill up your water bottle which was a nice extra touch. I will definitely stay here again!

לצערי, החוויה שלנו במלון הייתה מאכזבת מאוד.
המיקום אינו מרכזי ונוח כפי שציפינו. החדרים קטנים מאוד, ובנוסף נתקלנו בכמות גדולה של חרקים בחדר, ולאחר השהייה יצאנו עם לא מעט עקיצות ופצעים.

גם נושא החניה היה מאכזב – 45 אירו ליום, מחיר גבוה מאוד ביחס למה שמקבלים.

בסך הכול, לאור רמת הניקיון, גודל החדרים, המיקום ועלות החניה הגבוהה – החוויה לא הצדיקה את המחיר ולא היינו בוחרים להתארח כאן שוב

Great place.
Pros:

Great location, great look and feel, very friendly staff with a quick check in process. I'd happily stay there again.

Cons:

If I was being picky, the rooms have refillable water bottles where you can take them to the hallway filtered water fountains. The bottles in our room looked a little unclean, so I chose not to use them. I still used my own bottle, so no big deal at all.

Very good value for money hotel! Friendly staff! Clean and modern!
Pros:

The staff were helpful from the moment we booked. The hotel itself was very nice for the price and we liked the modern decor. When we arrived, we had been automatically upgraded to a better room which was nice. We were also guests of the day and received a free drink at the bar which was also a lovely welcome. In the room, there was a handwritten note to our son with his own special set of toiletries which was lovely. We also really liked the toiletries provided. Breakfast was very nice. A great hotel, location and safe parking available.
