Posizione ottima, piscina non grande ma molto utile, personale cortese, pulizia migliorabile ed anche arredamento parti

La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti sei nel cuore di Cannes

Cons:

Avrei gradito, per un 4 stelle, maggiore cura nella pulizia pareti e soffitti e soprattutto la zona giardino antistante le camere maggiormente curata nel vede e nell’esterno in quanto l’ho trovata piuttosto trasandata

Un séjour exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, les équipements sont très agréables et le personnel est accueillant, souriant et attentionné. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

J'ai apprécié l''accueil 24h/24, la proximité de la plage, le confort du lit, la piscine...

Cons:

Dommage que ce soit une baignoire et non une douche (style à l'italienne) mais ce n'est qu'un détail qui ne m'empêche pas d'avoir passé un bon séjour.

Le bon accueil à l’arrivée. Le personnel sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, grand choix de pâtisseries et de mets salés. Fromages locaux, jus d’orange frais.
La literie est excellente.

Chambre et hôtel sont propres.

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour les voyageurs réservant une chambre simple.
La chambre qu’on m’a attribuée était minuscule, comparable à une boîte à chaussures ou une petite cellule — impossible de s’asseoir confortablement, tout est microscopique.

Pour 160 € la nuit, on s’attend à beaucoup plus d’espace.
Comparé à d’autres hôtels, celui‑ci n’offre pas un bon rapport qualité‑prix.

Cons:

Haus scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Putz bröckelt, Zimmer zwar groß, aber Terrasse verspricht mehr als sie hält. Auch kein Durchkommen zum Pool. Immer durch die Bar und den Frühstücksraum.
Ich habe das Zimmer für mich alleine gebucht - weshalb ich dann so ein großes bekomme ist mir nicht klar… Auch nicht, wozu die Couch aufgeklappt und bezogen war….
Bin dennoch froh, dass ich keinen Balkon hatte - von unten schauen die recht schlimm aus…

hotel good room clean ,staff ok, but won't stay there again.

the communication between the bar staff and the reception regarding payments for drinks and services.
we ordered and paid cash for our drinks at the time of ordering, but as we were leaving the reception charged me for the drinks ,i explained that i had paid the bar staff cash but they had no record of the payment therefore i had to pay
130 euros again before leaving, i asked them to check ,they said that the bar staff are not here at this time ,so you must pay .not happy won't be staying there again on my next visits.
