hotel good room clean ,staff ok, but won't stay there again.
Pros:

breakfast was very good, room also very clean, location good.

Cons:

the communication between the bar staff and the reception regarding payments for drinks and services.
we ordered and paid cash for our drinks at the time of ordering, but as we were leaving the reception charged me for the drinks ,i explained that i had paid the bar staff cash but they had no record of the payment therefore i had to pay
130 euros again before leaving, i asked them to check ,they said that the bar staff are not here at this time ,so you must pay .not happy won't be staying there again on my next visits.

Mauvais rapport qualité-prix, la propreté ne devrait pas être un sujet, pas digne d'un 4 *
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement (tout est accessible à pied), la taille de la piscine

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer : sol mal nettoyé (morceaux de peinture écaillée), des moutons de poussière sous le lit (signalé dès notre arrivée mais situation restée inchangée tout au long du séjour) et mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain (ça sentait l'urine de chat le second jour après le passage du ménage). Couloir devant notre chambre sale également avec boule de cheveux.
Nous avions pris un extra pour avoir une chambre avec terrasse : le portillon était fermé, nous devions passer par le hall de l'immeuble et il y avait plein de tâches sur les coussins du canapé de la terrasse.
L'insonorisation est très mauvaise, nous entendions la voisine de chambre tousser lorsqu'elle était sur sa terrasse et nous la fenêtre fermée.

Overall very happy I chose this hotel
Pros:

Really comfortable beds and pillows, I dont think i have ever slept this well anywhere. A/C in the room thankfully. Very clean and room cleaning was done fast and surprisingly early, while we were eating breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, nice views and really close to everything, though it is a climb uphill. Breakfast is delicious. We asked for a small breakfast to-go on our last day because of an early flight, but instead they served the whole buffet breakfast for us early at 6.30 am, which was surprising and really sweet of them. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has some kind of a signature scent, which we didn't really like. But they turned it off the moment when we said something about it. Also, a hotel (especially with a pool) should have bath robes available, at least for rent, but they didnt have any at all, which was a little disappointing.

Séjour à refaire.
Pros:

Réservé à la base pour 2 jours et finalement nous sommes restés 1 semaine!! Hôtel très convivial et chaleureux. La chambre était assez pour 2 personnes, très propre (merci aux femmes qui entretiennent la propreté de celles-ci). Le petit déjeuner était top avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine était à la bonne température rien à dire. La localisation de cet hôtel est aussi un atout. Personnel accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

Peut être juste si je dois souligner au niveau de la télévision pas moyen de transférer mon téléphone à l’écran ou l’ordinateur.

Komfortabel hotel med en god beliggenhed fra centrum
Pros:

Lækker morgenbuffet med alt der hører sig til
Ret kort gå afstand til centrum, seværdighederne og havnen
Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og med til at skabe en god stemning
Parkering kan ske i nærliggende underjordiske P-hus. Ca 300 m fra den nærmeste indgang. Sæt evt. bagage af og kør i p-huset
Vær præcis med navigation, gaderne er små og lidt gemte.
