Great hotel highly recommend it.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Great location just around the corner from the Mercato Nuovo. Nice linens, toiletries and towels. Excellent breakfast with a very nice spread of baking goods. Friendly staff. We got a card for free drinks at their rooftop.

Rozhodně bychom sem jeli znovu - vše perfektní - ubytování, lokalita, personál a snídaně.
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita - ubytování hned u historické centra, vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Fantastické snídaně - jednat jsou servírované na terase s výhledem na Florencii, velmi chutné, čerstvé a velmi příjemný personál.

Lovely hotel in a great location!
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location close to all the major attractions including the Ponte Vecchio bridge.
It was exceptionally clean & great air conditioning! The staff were helpful & polite. We would recommend if you want to be walking distance to everything.

Amazing stay , central to everything , great breakfast and comfy bed . The small terrace made a difference aswell .
Pros:

Everything was good , very central and on same rd as the ponte vecchio bridge and a 2 minute walk! Breakfast was amazing good choice of everything and the best coffee and wonderful staff. One of the receptionists got me a shower mat as it was very slippery .

Cons:

Nothing really , our room had a shower in the bedroom , which was a little odd !

A superbly located hotel with wonderful, responsive staff. Clean, tidy, and comfortable. But most importantly, a gorgeous balcony/terrace.

В этом отеле понравилось все. Единственное, очень медленный лифт, но это очень слабый недостаток.

I liked everything about this hotel. The only downside was the elevator, which was very slow, but that's a minor drawback.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten im Zentrum. Perfekt, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden.
Gutes Frühstück mit hervorragendem Kaffee und sehr netter Bedienung.
Ungewöhnlich großes Bad.
Wir hatten auch eine großzügige Terrasse dabei, inkl. Sonnenliege.

Cons:

Täglich frische Handtücher, neue WC Papierrolle und Pflegeprodukte, obwohl die alten noch nicht leer waren.
Nett gemeint, aber nicht notwendig und nicht umweltfreundlich.

Good spot to base yourself while visiting Florence

Great location, easy to check in, friendly staff. Appreciated that we could leave our luggage there while we explored the city after check out.

Cons:

The layout of the room was a bit odd - the shower was opposite the bed! But otherwise a very large and comfy room.
