Petit déjeuner très copieux avec un personnel très agréable.
Chambre supérieur très spacieuse mais salle de bain un peu petite.

Excelente hotel el Florencia, al que recomiendo y sin dudas volveria.

Excelente ubicación en una calle principal, a pasos del Palacio Veccio. Una locación segura para caminar en la noche y con mucha disponibilidad de tiendas y restaurantes. La atención del personal fue muy amable y servicial La habitación muy prolija y limpia. Lo único que nos llamó la atención fue que la ducha estaba fuera del baño, en una especie de placard en la habitación. Pero pronto nos acostumbramos a esto. El desayuno excelente en una terraza con una muy bonita vista y muy bien atendido por el personal del desayunador.

Situation idéale - Personnel très sympathique - Petit déjeuner très bon ( personnel très gentil) - Chambre confortable - Hôtel calme

Cons:

Le ménage de la chambre était un peu limite certains jours.

Excellent hotel in Florence!
Pros:

The room was great! Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed and a refrigerator. Air Conditioning was excellent!

The location is spectacular. Very central and 1 minute from the Ponte Vecchio. 5 min to Uffizi.

We loved the covered patio. It was so comfortable and dry when it rained.

The elevator was a good size too.

Cons:

It was a little bit noisy from the street but not unbearable.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence!
Pros:

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating if we needed anything. The location couldn’t have been any better honestly. It’s a boutique hotel and we wanted a place that was accessible with enough space for 2. The AC worked fantastically which was important and the elevator made things a lot easier as well. Breakfast was yummy and we have no complaints!
