Ótima localização. Café da manhã muito bom, frutas, croissants feitos na hora, podia solicitar ovos mexidos ou omeletes. Atendimento da funcionária Laura excelente, ela fala várias línguas, inclusive um pouco de português.

An excellent base to explore Florence!
Pros:

Great location, just off the main avenue leading up to the Ponte Vecchio
Despite being very close to a very busy thoroughfare it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel.

Perfect location. We could easily walk to most places we wanted to visit. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel

Cons:

Only provided a couple of tea bags at a time and no milk. This had to be requested each time rather than being supplied automatically, though when it came it was fresh.
