Pros:

This hotel was spectacular and closely located to the Ponte Vecchio. The location was perfect and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

Perfect location, convenient to most landmarks and is on the riverside that provides fantastic views of the Arno River and the other side of the river. Staffs were friendly and professional. Will stay again next time visiting Florence.

Ideal hotel for visiting Florence.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Fantastic central and peaceful location. Amazing view of the river Arno and the Ponte Vecchio from our window. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

Echt genoten van het verblijf!
Pros:

De locatie was werkelijk perfect; de kamers keken uit op de Arno en je kon vanuit de hotelkamer naar de Ponte Vecchio kijken. En je zat vlak bij het oude centrum: alle mooie bezienswaardigheden waren binnen 5 tot 10 minuten lopen bereikt.

Cons:

We waren daar op een van de warmste dagen van het jaar. De airco was daar duidelijk niet op voorbereid.

Se tornerò a Firenze prima di cercare altrove verificherò se il Berchielli ha camere disponibili.
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione sul Lungo Arno e nel centro della città è la prima cosa che piace. Ma anche l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità della reception sono veramente di livello.

Cons:

Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, alcuni aspetti del bagno.

Pros:

Loved everything. The location is perfectly overlooking the river and The Ponte Vecchio bridge.
The view from the executive room is spectacular!. All staff with excellent customer service including the bar man who tried to custom make my spritz and turning down the bed, was another lovely touch.

Cons:

The stay was nearly perfect. However, the hotel has several landing areas with no lift access, which meant carrying suitcases up and down multiple sets of stairs. This was inconvenient and definitely impacted the overall comfort of the experience.

Csendes, korrekt, szép fekvésű jól felszerelt szálloda.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés és a szoba zseniális, ahogy a reggeli és a személyzet is. Egy estét töltöttünk csak itt, de szívesen megszállok újra.

Cons:

Az amit a kocsimmal műveltek az elfogadhatatlan. Ugye a belvárosban van a szálloda, így inast kértem, hogy vigyék el és parkolják le. Azt még elfogadom, hogy a sportosabb kivitel miatt gyorsan mentek esetleg vele, de az a sár ami az oldalán volt mikor visszahozták, illetve az, hogy minden el volt állítva (nem az ülés, hanem a teljes fedélzeti számítógép) elfogadhatatlan. Feláras szolgáltatásért elvárhatom, hogy vigyázzanak az autómra és csak a szükséges módon használják.
