The location was nice

Cons:

Only one elevator worked so you would wait about 15-20 minutes to get on the elevator and get to your floor. We also had dirty towels in our room with hair on them and instead of hand soap, they kept giving us shampoo and conditioner.

Pros:

was walking distance to pretty much everything or a short scooter ride is cheap and convenient. Room service was great, breakfast in bed with the view is a must 10/10. The door man was also super kind and helpful <3 you also need your room card to enter the building at night so that made us feel safer!

Cons:

The elevators were down. Not much channels on the tv unless your into cartoons or the news.

Cons:

Parking à proximité hors de prix, arrivée dans l établissement pas très pratique. Chambre vieillissante avec un rideau qui ne fonctionnait pas, dommage pour une chambre avec vue. Trop cher pour les prestations vendues. Ascenseurs très aléatoires, obligé de prendre l'ascenseur de service.

Cons:

A large hotel with one functioning elevator! Two other elevators out of order, apparently for quite a while. Yes, the service elevator could take you to the lobby but not to the ground level, 10 stories below!! For three days we had to wait long to board an overly packed elevator. Unacceptable!
