The staff not helpful really should make sure their elevators are updated

The elevators not working only one we were in 19th floor. It was bad it took an hour to check In

I suggest another hotel
Pros:

The room service breakfast was big and delicious. When I talked with the housekeeper, she was sweet and very helpful.

Cons:

The biggest problem was that the elevators stopped working (I was on the 29th floor) and the single text message we got was not apologetic or courteous... there was also no notice when the elevators started working. (And walking 15 flights of stairs wasn't easy...) The person who checked me out was a bit unpleasant. The breakfast buffet is in a couple of small rooms, not the spacious restaurant. The blackout curtains didn't close completely.

Lovely, reasonably priced , spotless room in a great hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to many Seattle sites. Room was spotless! Breakfast and evening finger foods were yummy! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was not ready at 4pm but we were made comfortable while we waited. I would have liked help with luggage.

Fantastic Short Stay in the Heart of Seattle!
Pros:

My mom and I recently stayed at the Coast Seattle Downtown for just two nights, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk was excellent, with the workers being incredibly accommodating and eager to ensure we had a comfortable visit. Our room was wonderfully spacious and impeccably clean, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. You also cannot beat the great location, as it is perfectly situated close to major places of interest, making it exceptionally easy to walk to the famous market. If you are looking for a spotless, well-located hotel with top-notch service in Seattle, I highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

The only con has nothing to do with the hotel, it's mainly the geography of the city. Lots of hills which make it a bit hard to walk, you really need to be in good shape.

Overall the hotel was nice but never stay there in the summer

Overall nice hotel

Cons:

The air conditioner would shut itself off when there was no movement in the room. It is eco friendly. You would wake up sweating in the middle of the night and have to get back up to move around to turn it on. That is great for an office building but not a hotel. We complained but they said they can't do nothing about it.

Comfortable place to rest my head and close to Seattle sites.
Pros:

bed was very comfortable, liked having an extra chair to sit in, nice lighting in the bathroom. location to the Link was excellent and easy to walk to Pike Market and waterfront. Service to hold our bags after checking out worked great.

Cons:

Ice machine was slimy and dirty. I didn't feel safe consuming the ice or beverages over the ice. The elevators were very very slow. Our friends staying with us nearly missed and charged as a no show for an Uber because the elevator was so slow. When checking out we had to wait for over 8 minutes for one.

The groundfloor could have had signs about where to find the lobby. I could find it after poking around the elevator, but I feel like I shouldn’t have had to do that?

I’ve stayed in worse but definitely felt unheard and lost.
Pros:

The room was clean and some of the staff was nice however, the first night the gentleman who checked us in gave us no direction to our room and the other gentleman who checked us out disregarded our feedback about the room and said “sorry, we will have someone look into it but it didn’t help that the shower stopped in the middle of my shower and one of the sinks didn’t work at all. No offered discount or anything.

The shower stopping, one sink out, and given no direction coming in and going.
