I’m so thankful that I found the spot. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The rooms had great views.
Pros:

The property is so close to everything. Most days we didn’t even have to use a vehicle to get where we wanted to go!

Cons:

The signage outside can be confusing. The sign right outside says AquaVista instead of Aqua Beach.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
Pros:

Location was perfect.
Staff was friendly and professional.
Amenities (pool) was nice and enjoyable!
Rooms were in better condition than expected and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We didn't receive a turndown service or even someone to come by to collect the trash, however it was fine and not a big deal. It's just usually expected in a hotel.

Not the best for the value
Pros:

Not a lot. The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom was leaking from somewhere- I assume the shower. It was a mess of water all over the floor if the shower was used.

Cons:

Not the cleanest. The room was very outdated. The first night we arrived the balcony door handle was very loose. It ended up falling off the day we were checking out. Check-in host was not very friendly. There was no phone in the room if any issues were to arise.
