Aqua Beach Inn

Kitchen was not stocked with the necessary kitchen supplies. The pans were unusable, we had to buy new pans to cook. The hot tub was not working.

Staff was rude except the young gentleman that at checked us in. Pool area was disgusting, air conditioner half worked, looks nothing like booking pictures

The hot tub was broken and the pool had a water hose in the pool our entire stay. The fridge I originally had in my room was broken which they swapped out for another. After a few days on being in the room we noticed roaches which I am assuming came from the fridge they swapped out as I did not see any before that. I also had to throw some of my food I had purchased away once I noticed the roaches.

Hot tub was closed, the pool constantly had the hose running into it, very limited cooking utensils and sliver ware.

It was super hot in the hall, the one elevator ,I took the stairs most of the time if I didn’t want to wait long , the outside almost made me cry I thought the pool was nasty until I went to the pool! It wasn’t tho from the car lot it looks nasty. Oh and the most important thing the parking lot is small so I had to park on another side which was ok , but it wasn’t tho from dark and I didn’t know if it was safe to leave my car over there

The room had roaches

The market was nearly empty our room wasn’t cleaned we had to go ask for fresh towels the coffee station in the room and the lobby are a joke

Que me estacione en un parking 5 min y mi esposo estaba dentro del carro y nos dieron un ticket la persona todavía no había puesto el ticket y le pedí un break pero como quiera me lo dio total terminé pagándolo xq fui a disfrutar no ha q me diera dolor de cabeza

10 floors one elevator. One ice machine. Very small parking. I had to pay for parking my first night driving in 12hrs. Room not as described, only clean thing was maybe the bed. I checked out a day early before my stay ended it was so bad. Staff rude and just didn't care. No coffee, snack room poorly stocked, and no attendance at the front desk at night. I want the night I didn't stay refunded back.

No daily room service, had to go get towels and other things from front desk. Hot tub was closed was told it has been for awhile, but nothing indicates that on their website or Facebook page. Not acceptable.

Room was dirty. Our feet were black walking around barefoot from the floor. Broke. Furniture. Shower didn't drain right. Beds hard as a rock. Towels were like paper towels. No housekeeping. An employee walked into the room without knocking to "check sprinklers"? Hot tub closed. Pool looked gross and unkept
