Everything was great except the bar food
Pros:

The room was very smart, clean and modern and the bathroom was perfect

Cons:

Bar food was poor.
I ordered a chicken burger and fries.
It was cold when it finally arrived, and not very appetising, and the double whisky I ordered was definitely not Johnie Walker Black Label.

Disappointing, Not worth the high price, was given a room that had a guest in.
Pros:

Big rooms, nice shower, plenty of charging outlets.

Cons:

Staff are not very welcoming, upon check in I was asked to do self check in which took 10 mins but my room wasn’t ready, eventually it was done at reception. I was given a room which was already occupied by another guest. Staff seemed not very shocked by it and was very casual rather than apologetic.

Overnight stay before early flight
Pros:

Convenient for airport, clean, helpful staff
Water available in the foyer.

Cons:

No top sheets and duvet was way too hot
Not clear that the conference centre and the radisson red are the same building so time wasted looking for it.
Check in kiosk didn’t work that well, didn’t record my payment so I was asked to pay again, but staff were very helpful and sorted it out.

Great hotel and location.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, good location to the airport. Staff were helpful. Bed and room was comfortable. A good breakfast buffet. Pool was nice and gym had good facilities.

Cons:

Tables were not cleaned promptly at breakfast. Overpriced shuttleservice to airport.
