Ich würde dieses Hotel höchstens für 1 bis 2 Nächte empfehlen
Pros:

Es war sauber und der Lift war schnell da.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Verbindungstüre zum Nebenzimmer und da hat man alles vom Nebenzimmer mitbekommen. In einer Nacht hat ein Herr so laut geschnarcht dass ich die ganze Nacht wach gelegen bin.

Great place to stay for Heathrow

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing.

Cons:

I had to change rooms twice. The first time the card wasn't working and I could hear a TV inside the room. The second room the air wasn't working, it was hot and there was too much noise to open the windows.

They were majorly understaffed. At one point I was waiting to change rooms and people had been waiting in line for over an hour to check in. I didn't get to sleep until 1 am as it took me two hours to actually get a decent room. It felt really overpriced for what it is. I have better experiences at more "basic" hotel chains.

I ordered a sandwich at the bar, after waiting a long time I asked if everything was ok. After checking the waiter told me it would be 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later it came. He then told me they had run out of the bread and had to go out to buy it which is why it took so long. If they had told me at the beginning I would have just ordered something else, I was starving having travelled all day and it was nearly 11pm.

It was all quite disappointing.

Served its purpose

Near to airport. Convenient

Cons:

Vast and impersonal. Long walk with luggage to room. . Staff never even made eye contact at reception or bar. Fed back to hotel.

Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

The first room they gave me was in need of updating. Carpet was peeling and had gaps shower door was old toilet was old frig did not work tv did not work. They moved me to a nicer room and everything was much better and nicer.
