Pros:

It’s location is very accessible. The guy Chris who checked us in was great!

Cons:

I like the property. It should be noted though when making reservations whether it’s Blue or Red Radisson to avoid any confusion.

Pros:

Proximity to Terminal 5.

Cons:

I didn't like the checkin procedure which was done at a kiosk. When you're jet-lagged you want to be greeted by a human. I checked out at 4 am, and when I asked the receptionist for a receipt he directed me to the kiosk. When I politely asked if he could just print it for me, he reluctantly agreed.

The hotel was in close proximity to the airport which was perfect for an early morning flight.
Pros:

The room could use an update but it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated. When I was looking for the hotel I was looking for Radisson conference Centre and was confused when I saw Radisson Red. I thought I was in the wrong place.

The customer service was awful? The manager Robin was extremely rude and was physically getting in my face very aggressive

The room temperature was adjustable. It was okay for our short stay.
Pros:

It had an on-site restaurant.

Cons:

The carpeted floods. It was a pain dragging your roller bags to your room. I almost fell when my roller bag fell.

Pros:

Overall excellent with great beds and good sized rooms.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was nowhere quiet to have business calls between conference meetings - music was piped into every area.

never again - this place doesn't have enough parking and is expensive and noisy
Pros:

proximity to Heathrow is good, gym and bar area are OK

Cons:

I have stayed here twice now and on neither occasion have I been able to park - they are clearly overselling the spots. I also had to pay extra for the parking, which I shouldn't have to when there isn't enough. I parked on the end of a row and received a note from the hotel saying I would get a fine.

My room was also small and close to the lift, making it very noisy
