Terrible experience
Pros:

The staff that checked me in was nice

Cons:

It was a sketchy neighborhood, there were guys that kept trying to come into my room anytime I opened my door, there was no ice or water on site.

V ry bad!!!!!
Pros:

There was no breakfast or even a coffee pot in our room the location was surrounded with very shady people will never stay there again. Sorry but not Sorry!!

Cons:

The whole hotel never again not have any amnesties all I heard was Plans ,trains and automobiles..😡

Horrible area crackheads outside my room all night smoking.

Cons:

Cigarette smoke coming in through the a/c. Worst area of Phoenix possible. Never again not worth the rate.
