Pros:

Dust and Clean the Grounds surrounding the entire facility, dirt, dust and spider webs throughout

Pros:

first time here, booked King suite ocean front, fabulous views, could not easily open sliding doors to balcony, shower door not shut, no full length mirror, no hooks in bathroom, soft old bed, thin worn sheets, weak wifi, awkward TV controls, building & grounds run down, weeds in gardens, broken fences & stairway to top floor, restaurant food OK, front desk staff surly & first time in any hotel (we have stayed in thousands) where they did not ask how was our stay. Not coming back. We are frequent visitors to Morro Bay & there are better hotels along waterfront.

Large rooms with harbor views
Pros:

We love this hotel. It's our third time staying there. Fantastic rooms with water view and our room had a fireplace.

Cons:

Not easy for someone disabled.

Fantastic location right next to heron rookery
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. I enjoyed the fireplace in the room and the hot tub.

Cons:

Maintenance staff was a little on the slower side. I wish there was a microwave in the room. Light shone through the shutters in the room so it wasn't dark.

Für die Durchreise ok.
Pros:

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, aber total in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Vieles müsste überholt werden.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick , aber unten lag der alte Parkplatz , der wohl ins Meer abgerutscht war und nur mit einem notdürftigen Zaun abgegrenzt wurde. Der Ort fühlte sich nicht gut an.

Beautiful view loved the deck and all the sea otters.
Pros:

room was nice loved the fire place and the bed was comfortable. The view and the deck were great. The cormorants are very cool nesting up in the trees. Loved the little trails and the beach.

Cons:

The rooms are kind of old and out of date.
