Pros:

The view from my room is exactly what I was looking for.

Cons:

Our room was clean BUT warm despite open windows and door. Even at night.
No microwave in room, however, I did call the front desk and he did provide one. Room doesn't come with microwaves... And the refrigerator did not cool...or keep things cool. And most importantly, I wish it was advertised zero beach access from anywhere close to the inn.
I do give it a 5 out of 10 over all but overall EXPERIENCE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE PAID FOR.

we enjoyed the view. breakfast was delicious and the proximity to our destination was helpful

Cons:

Beautiful view but needs updating on the room and deep clean.
Pros:

The view is incredible . Just a beautiful view of the Marina and the Moro Rock and the sunset is amazing

Cons:

I’m not sure if I had a room that wasn’t in the best condition because I had a dog with me and placed me in a room that had previous dog incidences that weren’t cleaned up very well. I was here 7 years ago and I don’t remember the rooms being that bad. The bed was sloped on both sides, the bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. You can tell a dog had peed on the fabric bed skirt frame . I have a small girl dog so she can’t spray and also she’s potty trained so she doesn’t have accidents, but you can tell it was sprayed by a boy dog. The shower didn’t have a waterproof curtain and just a fabric curtain which never dried out. The grout on the shower also looked like it needs to be scrubbed so I wore my flip flops in the shower. Also there is no air conditioning so it could get warm at night .

Pros:

We k9ved that it was spacious, the fireplace, the patio opened out into a huge area to look at the beautiful scenery. It was peaceful, super dog friendly, the nearby trails.

Cons:

Would have like a microwave to warm up tea.

TERRIBLE BEDS & broken thermostat
Pros:

I absolutely would NOT stay here again. We paid extra for a view room, which was the only redeeming aspect of the place. The rooms were small and noisy but worst of all -- despite a chilly night (55 degrees) and all the windows open, the room was SWELTERINGLY HOT (the thermostat did not work) and the BEDS were a MUSHY, SMOOSHY, DROOPY PILE of cotton wadding -- BOTH of them. None of us (4 people) slept a wink and were happy to be out of there, never to return. Sad, b/c the young men at the front desk, and other workers, were extremely nice and welcoming.

Wonderful experience, will definitely stay at The Inn again.
Pros:

Room was a garden view right next to the pool and spa which was nice. The views from the dining room, breakfast room and bar are the best in Morro Bay, and the staff are warm and professional.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful regarding the entire stay. The landscaping could use some TLC, but it is a large property and a lot to maintain.
