Unsatisfactory technical maintenance -shower, lamps
Pros:

Reception and breakfast staff always very kind, efficient and friendly. My favourite stay in Milan. A few things must be taken care of by maintenance team: the shower head was clogged with old lime deposits. A table lamp sat on the desk with a broken plug, unsafe to use. Though I told the receptionist it wasn't taken care of. The night I arrived I found a clean facial towel and a dirty body towel. No small towel. Please tell staff to pay more attention. Not too difficult.

Friendly, well located place
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had some noisy disturbances during first night, but hotel staff prepared and exchanged room efficiently. Very good breakfast and and all facilities functional. Decor is abundant, but that's the style. Location most convenient for visiting the city.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Milan
Pros:

A cozy room in a perfect location. We did a day trip to Milan and the hotel gave such a lovely experience. The breakfast was so yummy! Couldn't have been happier.

A good value hotel with very good transport options.
Pros:

The location in Milan is excellent with easy transport options within walking distance. There is direct bus to Milano Centrale. The room was good for a large city like Milan. There was a queen sized bed which was comfortable. The basics like hot water, air-conditioning and cleanliness were all very good. The breakfast was served in an ornate dining room and was good.

Cons:

There was nothing we could complain about at this price point in an expensive city like Milan.

A Quaintessential Italian Stay
Pros:

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a preference for another room and they moved us without hesitation. Getting to the hotel from Centrale station was a simple bus 20 minute bus ride and a short walk from the bus stop. The same bus will also take you to the Duomo. There is a supermarket at the top of the road and lots of amazing restaurants close by. The breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

Pros:

The staff was excellent, very helpful.

Cons:

The aircon could not be turn on in the first room. It was on in the second room I was guven, but it was not possible to turn it off.
The room was tiny for the price I paid.
There was absolutely no insulation and I could hear every movement in the hallway. Every single door closed with a slam.

Careful what room you are given
Pros:

Good location. In walking distance to everything. Avoid room 24. Lots of street noise. Bathroom has clear window to windows over the street and a flimsy opaque curtain coming off one end allowing a view to toilet. Hotel flies several flags, one of them US. Really? Given current state of affairs?

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήτανε καλή ήτανε κοντά σε μέσα συγκοινωνίας και κοντά στο κέντρο του DUOMO

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ήτανε μέτρια συμπεριφορά όχι ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό εκτός από δύο νεαρούς που είχανε βάρδια το βράδυ επίσης το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης πολύ παλιό τα πάντα ήτανε παλιά. Μέσα στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε χαλασμένη καρέκλα με τρύπα επίσης στο μπάνιο έσταζε το καλοριφέρ και επίσης όλα τα έπιπλα ήταν εκδαρμένα πάρα πολύ παλιά
