Cons:

Staff were not friendly at all. We missed our first night because of a mishap with a train from London and the staff did not accommodate in any way. I don't expect a free night but possible compensate with a discount on the first night, a free breakfast or bottle of champagne. They did absolutely nothing and on top of it they were rude upon check in and rude to my daughter who tried to use the lobby bathroom because there are three people in our room. Would not stay in this hotel ever again.
