Pros:

A cozy, quiet, and sleek place. Rooms are small but comfortable, the neighborhood very pleasant and quiet. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quiet place.

Understated elegance, with modern facilitites
Pros:

Lovely hotel, with authentic Florence feel but all the modern amenities. The hotel is close enough to walk to the center, but in a quiet area close to the river front to get a good night rest. The terrace is lovely for a nice breakfast and the staff is excellent. Filtered and citrus water is available every day for guests, which is a great help in hot summer days. Private parking is available with a private garage and valet service, for an extra fee.

Cons:

La biancheria da bagno mi ha un po’ delusa, in un 4 stelle mi aspetto degli asciugamani di spugna, e anche di buona qualità, abbiamo invece trovato tipo lenzuolo/tnt.

Pros:

The hotel feels very new and inviting. Our room was clean and brightly lit (garden view), and the decor was modern. They have a breakfast area that I did not have time to use, but the area looks nice and my husband said the free breakfast looks good. The receptionist was also lovely and helpful. They lock the hotel lobby doors after a certain time at night, but there is someone there 24/7 to let you in, even when we came back around 4am! The neighborhood seems to be a newer developed area— mainly residential and not much to do around there, but felt extremely safe.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo da zona histórica, dá para visitar tudo sem sequer ter necessidade de transportes públicos. O quarto era excelente, a cama muito cómoda e confortável e o pequeno-almoço muito superior ao que é habitual em hotéis. Os funcionários muito prestáveis. Em resumo, adorei a estadia.

Cons:

A zona do duche, a cortina em acrilico é pequena e a água acaba por cair um pouco no chão, mas nada de muito grave

Excellent, quiet hotel
Pros:

Lovely, quiet hotel, yet within 15 minute walk from main attractions. Pleasant walk along the riverside into the centre.
High ceiling in room increased feeling of spaciousness and we had a lovely view onto the garden.
Excellent breakfast with added bonus of being able to sit outside on lovely mornings.
Staff welcoming and helpful.
Can't fault the hotel for comfort and quietness. Most welcome at the end of a busy day sightseeing

Cons:

The safe in the room was on the small side, not large enough for a laptop.

Nice hotel on the outer perimeter of the tourist area.
Pros:

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, beds extremely comfortable and just what I needed for my transition through Florence. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was typical and delicious. Perhaps a bit more remote that I'd calculated, but everything was still a (longer) walk away and the peaceful area makes up for the distance.

Cons:

No negatives come to mind.
