Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel has a lovely courtyard and breakfast spread. Chefs and linens are high end. The customer service is excellent - made us breakfast bags for early flight. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great room, great location, Great service
Pros:

Ariele Hotel is off the beaten path but still just a 15 min walk to the center of Florence. It’s perfect if you like to be away from the hubbub of the touristy centers. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby including an amazing gelato/cake shop. It’s only a couple blocks from the lovely Arno River. The rooms are spacious (we had a Jr Suite with king bed) and minimalist, so there was plenty of room to do yoga if you want. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was not inspiring, but did include meats, eggs, and cheese in addition to the pastries, toast, butter, jam, and fancy coffee machine. And they had a nice little courtyard to sit outside - very rare in Florence hotels/AirBnBs. I ate breakfast there every day. Best of all was the staff! They provided recommendations for the restaurants, and for visiting museums and other places in town. They were always willing to go the extra mile, getting us extra towels and even letting me log in to their computer to cancel some train tickets. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent property!!
Pros:

The staff and the property were wonderful!!! It is along the river and a little bit of a walk to the main part of town but the room was spacious and super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything we wanted and more.
Pros:

We stayed in the junior suite and chose the hotel because we wanted a quiet room with access to a garden. The hotel didn't disappoint, in fact it was better than the photographs portray. The room is huge and the doors open out to the garden. The air con is efficient and goes down to 20 degrees. The room was quiet, very clean and serviced every day. The bed is amazingly comfy and there is a choice of pillows. Breakfast is largely a help yourself affair and the hotel is about 15-20 mins walk (at a leisurely pace) into the centre. If you are too tired to venture into the centre at night there is a very good restaurant near the hotel called Il Volo.

Very nice stay!
Pros:

The property was a bit out of the centre of town but still 10-15 minute walk to all the attractions. We found this really nice because of the crowds in the centre. It is also very convenient to both the Train Station and a Tram stop.

Pros:

What a great stay - lovely hotel!
Pros:

Well situated in a quiet location, but close to transport, and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are elegant, comfortable and well appointed and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Above all the staff were just fabulous!
