Çok temiz, çok güzel bir oteldi. Aynı zamanda nehir kenarında yürümek çok güzeldi. Güvenli bir bölge aynı zamanda. Her yere yürüyerek gittik, çalışanlar çok kibardı.

Wonderful place
Pros:

This is a very good hotel. The staff is amazing – they even helped with some random loud party on the street which was just next to my room's window. Staff is very helpful, the room and bathroom very clean, hotel is situated ca. 15' walk from the city centre. You can eat breakfast inside or in a pretty garden.

Cons:

Hard to say – everything was great. Only the breakfasts could be a bit better quality / taste, but it was ok!

I had a lovely two night stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional; everyone was friendly and super-helpful.

Pros:

L’albergo è in una zona tranquilla molto vicina al centro e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, anche a piedi si raggiungono molto velocemente le attrazioni principali . C’è Un bel giardino molto curato dove poter fare la colazione
Il personale è molto attento all’esigenze del cliente ed ha reso la permanenza molto piacevole

Ok overall
Pros:

Breakfast was good, vegetables needed more attention, the room was clean, complimentary water was available in the mini fridge, staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Paper cups in the room for tea and coffee seem weird for a 4 star hotel, it would be useful to have conditioner in the bathroom not just hair and body wash combo. Air conditioning control is a bit too limited/restrictive for comfort.
