Ich liebe die Betten ,man kann so gut darauf schlafen.
Das Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Zudem noch sehr Tierfreundlich.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist einfach sehr lecker. ❤️

We kwamen hier voor de 3x! Toch zullen we graag terugkomen, als ons reisdoel nog ver weg ligt en dit hotel op de route l
Pros:

De fijne ligging, de 'Mexicaanse 'keuken, goede matrassen/beddengoed!

Cons:

Slechts 1 lift vd 3 was dit keer in gebruik! Dus iets langer wachten, hoewel deze ook alle etages, zeker 10, bediende!
Onze ge-upgrade, zeer grote kamer, had helaas geen inloop-douche! In het gladde bad stappen, is niet wenselijk meer voor 80 jarigen!

I really enjoyed my stay in the Carathotel, thank you reception team!
Pros:

I got checked to the superior room which was really big, I love it. I spoke like with 3 members of staff durnig my stay and they all were super lovely.
Beds are super comfy, bathroom was nice retro style. Very nice breakfast. I love it all. I enjoyed sauna which I didn't know they had as I booked my room 30 min before arrival.

Pros:

I stayed at the hotel on September 6th, and was greeted at the counter by a friendly and courteous staff who made check-in comfortable and easy. I arrived well after 23:00 hours, and despite a late arrival, the bar tender still allowed me to order a drink, despite already being beyond service time.

Cons:

I have to admit, I was ready to give the hotel an very positive review, a 5 in all categories, except for what happened after check-out. I had forgotten my toiletries bag in the hotel room, and received an email from the front desk alerting me to the fact that the bag was left behind. The email asked for mailing details, which I provided. By the end of the week, as I heard nothing from the hotel, nor did I receive the bag in the mail, I called the hotel. They had to go digging for the email, which had not been read until that point. The woman on the phone told me there was a form I needed to fill in, which she sent me right away. I mentioned on the phone, that I wanted to make sure the reply would not go unread or missing. I returned the form within minutes with all the appropriate information. I have since made 2 phone calls asking what the status of the bag was, if they had mailed it or processed the form I sent. Both times I was brushed off, once, claiming the person who could help me was in a meeting and that she would call me back, which never happened. I called again today September 17th, and was told they need to find the bag.

Sadly, I am left to wonder if the bag is lost, stolen, or if I will ever see the bag again. Getting a straight and timely response should not be this difficult, which leaves me to question other aspects about their professionalism

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, Zimmer und Ausstattung allgemein sehr alt und entspricht nicht einem 3 Sterne Hotel eher 2 Sterne, Personal beim Frühstück überfordert und die Tische waren zu spät oder gar nicht für neue Gäste aufgeräumt.
