Amazing location, history and rooms!!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated with a sitting room, amazing location, everything is in easy walking distance! Friendly staff, large room for 3 people. Highly recommend!!

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location is absolutely wonderful, right in the centre of town. The historic building is a sight to behold and it feels great to stay in a piece of history. The air con is great and the beds are comfy. Wisly was a very kind individual at breakfast and very helpful, much more than can be said for the rest of the staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of staff are very rude. There’s a fair bit of noise from the square at all time of day and until about midnight from musicians and performers in the square. Not excessive but do take some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. No fridge in the room. Just not worth the money. The old building has its drawbacks with noise transmitted quite easily through the wooden floors, particularly if you’re in room 307-309 which are below the breakfast room.

Pros:

So quaint, and beautifully decorated - everywhere you turn, you know you’re in Florence! Rooms are small, but perfectly formed and also nicely decorated. We really appreciated the air-conditioning during the heat wave and the bed was very comfortable. Great location. Really enjoyed the variety at breakfast and cappuccino/espresso made to order!

Konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Personel samimi değildi. Günümüz bitmişti. Bagajları 2 saatliğine otele bırakmaya izin verdiler. Daha rahat gezelim diye. Geldiğimizde su kabindaki su bitmişti. Su istedik. Personelin birisi tamam getiriyoruz dedi, diğeri ona kızdı neden getiriyorsun diye. İşleri bitince insan olarak görmemeleri bizi çok üzdü. Çok basit bir şey ama bizi üzdü.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Camera spaziosa e molto tranquilla con arredi d'epoca. Palazzo d'epoca favoloso

Cons:

Il bagno era eccessivamente piccolo. Forse sarebbe meglio togliere il bidet per avere piu spazio. Il phon funzionava male

Excellent!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was large and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and they fixed us a breakfast-to-go bag when we had an early morning excursion. I would highly recommend this hotel!
