Localização e decoração ambiente
Excellent location, close to major sites and the accommodations were great. Breakfast was much better than anticipated with lots of options.
Nothing!
The location was excellent. The room was comfortable for 4 adults. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast choices were good but not exceptional. Dining room was small and very cramped. Chair backs in several spots really close to each other. Would definitely stay at location agaon
Breakfast quality and cramp space of tables
Close to everything. amazing staff
Nothing that I can think off
Clean, quiet, nice stay. The hotel is located in a convenient location surrounded by food, shopping, and easy access to public transportation.
Great location and a marvellous old building with so much history
Our room was comfortable but quite small
Don’t use Waze to navigate to the hotel! Its route is insane. Strangely, hotel reception is on the fourth floor. There is very loud live music if you’re facing the piazza, all day until midnight every night. Our superior room was large and quite lovely.
This hotel was really very good and the location excellent. The staff very helpful and kind. We had a deluxe room which was beautiful and large. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the deluxe rooms sit directly on the piazza and a restaurant directly below our room played live music every night until 1 am keeping us awake.
A very pleasant hotel, comfortable public spaces and attentive staff. Breakfast was very accommodating. We enjoyed the convenient location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! It has all the modern comforts one expects, big beautiful bathroom with quality amenities, comfortable bedding, TV, if that’s your thing. But the furnishings in the room and the common areas all evoke times past in an elegant and classic style. It felt like a time warp. The uniformed, professional staff, the upholstered seating area with coffee table books and art display cases, offered a quiet respite from the busy days. ,A coffee, tea and refreshments station is available throughout the day. Fascinating photographs documenting the hotel’s historic past line the hallways. The breakfast offerings were plentiful, varied and delicious set in a light filled breakfast room with ample seating. The location is perfect, on the Piazza della Repubblica. Lots of amazing people watching right there, just a block from the Duomo and the major sites were within easy walking distance. This hotel was just exactly what it had hoped it would be!
My fiancé' and I stayed 3 nights at Hotel Pendini and we couldn't have been happier! The hotel itself is stunning! We had a deluxe room so the window opened up to the piazza. Every night we were treated to hearing live music being played and hearing the buzz from the vibe below. The location is about as perfect as you can get for sightseeing in Florence. You're central to all the best things to see. We are bringing a group of 45 people back next May and have chosen this hotel for our group. Marco at the hotel has been so helpful and professional. Book this hotel and treat yourself to a Deluxe room with the view!
The location is close to everything. The waitstaff is excellent and friendly: The breakfast selection is plentiful and overall great. Would highly recommend.
The location for the price was amazing !
Wonderful stay at the charming - and very historic - Hotel Pendini. We loved the gracious staff, generous breakfast, and lovely room. Could not have asked for more. They held our bags when we arrived early and a few after check out. You can’t beat the central location. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, a little longer to the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
The location of Hotel Pendini is one of the best in the city, in a historic building on a lively piazza, within walking distance to major sites, and taxis easily located if needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived early, they stored our luggage and took it to our room when it was ready (early). The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and all areas of the hotel were clean. The breakfast room was within the arch with a great view, and breakfast options were some of the best we experienced during our time in Italy. We would highly recommend Hotel Pendini!
Hotel Pendini is a treasure with an ideal location for walking around Florence. The breakfast was excellent and they have an attentive staff. There is a taxi stand steps away from the hotel entrance. The rooms were small, but very well appointed. We always felt safe in the physical location.
Charming, comfortable decor. Great location in the heart of the city center, great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Rooms were a bit tight for two people.
