Okay But…
Pros:

Hotel Pendini is nice and central. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast room was chaos. They are trying to cram too many people in a small room.

Charming and absolutely lovely!
Pros:

WONDERFUL HOTEL
Pros:

staff and restaurant workers were all great, our room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lago Maggiore.

Excellent Hotel in the Middle of Everything
Pros:

Do not hesitate to stay at Hotel Pendini. The location cannot be beat - literally 12 minutes walking from everywhere. Rooms are huge with first class amenities. Breakfast is divine. Staff are all attentive and helpful. Decor is charming. HIGHLY recommend!

Pros:

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pendini! The location is perfect - right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of so many incredible sights. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and every staff member was warm, helpful, and clearly proud of the hotel.
The rooms were quaint, comfortable, and charming, making us feel more at home than in a hotel. We especially appreciated being able to control the air conditioning in each room, which was a huge plus during the hot weather. The showers had fantastic water pressure, and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel made our stay even better.
The Breakfast spread each morning was lovely. A highlight for us was the warm croissants and cappuccinos as they were delicious, and there was a wonderful variety of fresh, tasty options that everyone in our family enjoyed. We stayed three nights in three triple rooms for our family of six, and everything worked perfectly. We highly recommend Hotel Pendini and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Florence!
