希望酒店能帮客人购买Area C进城票。对于开车来的外地外国游客，购买Area C票的确不容易。询问了前台，前台说停车场有卖，但到了停车没有卖这票，搞得尴尬又着急。不过，酒店提供的停车优惠还是需要点赞👍。

Die Lage ist fantastisch, in ca 10 Min am Duomo….- unser Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber , das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit - das Frühstück überschaubar- die Rooftop Terrasse musste leider wegen eines Unwetters geschlossen bleiben - das nächste Mal….
Good location and easy to get to main attractions
When we went there was roadworks outside our hotel which was very noisy. Appreciate that they can’t help the work on the road but a heads up would have been nice.
Also some of the staff on reception could have been more accommodating
Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn, leider ohne Bar
Am Abend war ein Privater Event in der Gartenterrasse. Wir konnten daher diesen Bereich nicht nutzen. Sehr unangenehm als zahlender Gast.
Leider nimmt die Baustelle etwas vom Feeling
Chambre petite mais confortable avec bonne literie. Bien placé pour visiter la ville.
Escalier pour accéder aux ascenseurs vers les chambres (mais il y a un monte charge pour handicapés). Douche petite et peu pratique. Pas de partenariat avec un parking public.
Localização muito boa. Ótimo café da manhã.
Box muito pequeno. Infelizmente tem uma obra bem em frente a porta do hotel o que dificultou muito o acesso, pois estava de carro.

החדר היה קטן מאוד. המיטה היתה מורכבת משני מזרני יחיד אחד ישן מאוד ולא נוח עם קפיצים מורגשים. ארוחת הבוקר דלה. ולא הייתה תמורה למחיר ששולם למעט המיקום.
