Cons:

The hotel is old, and the rooms are also outdated. There was a strong smell, which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning. I found hair everywhere — in the bathroom, on the bed, and on the floor.
The spa area was not relaxing due to children running around, jumping into the pool, and using the sauna rooms. The staff were present but ignored the situation and did not say anything.
Unfortunately, the spa experience was disappointing and not relaxing under these conditions.
