Pros:

The staff were wonderful (reception, breakfast team) and I highly apreaciated their kindness and willingness to help. I am on gluten-free diet and staff from kitchen brought me different possibilities, I felt like at home. It is clean.

Cons:

Elevator is very tiny, and halls do not have air conditions, except the one where the reception is. Rome during our visit was very, very warm and our room needed a bit of time to cool down.
