Pros:

A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 minuti a piedi da un grosso centro commerciale

Cons:

Prese della corrente solo dalla scrivania e non dal letto. Solo un ventilatore senza aria condizionata

Pros:

Good location and a reasonable price. We stayed here for 2 nights because we had a conference at Messe Frankfurt, and the location was perfect — it was very convenient to walk there. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and some parts of the hotel and rooms could use a little more maintenance. Overall, though, for a short stay and considering the location and price, it worked for us.

Cons:

Bedding like pillows could be improve with little amount of money.

Cons:

Hatte Doppelzimmer gebucht, bekam ein Einzelzimmer, das Hotel hatte keine Rezeption und reagierte auf keinerlei Kontaktversuche ( nicht per Mail, Telefonnummer oder WhatsApp), ich möchte 30% des Gesamtpreises zurück Bookings mauert und möchte nur 10-15% erstatten, obwohl nach allgemeiner Auffassung 30% für diesen gravierenden Mangel angemessen wäre. Selbst wenn Bookings das nicht leisten kann, wäre es erforderlich, dass Bookings, das Hotel Topas/ Frankfurt auffordert genau das zu tun. Aber auch Bookings hat sich nicht nach 24 Stunden bei mir gemeldet, sondern erst nach 4 Tagen und auch jetzt kam nach einer angekündigten Weiterbearbeitung wieder keine Antwort in der angekündigten Zeit. Wiederholte Unzuverlässigkeit die absolut nicht in Ordnung ist.

Este alojamiento no lo recomiendo ni para pasar la tarde , primero que la ubicación fatal está lleno de gente borracha , la seguridad del hotel es catastrófico la puerta está abierta entra cualquier persona , personal yo no he visto ningún personal este hotel no tienen personal te atiendes sola si tienes cualquier duda , se meten personas a dormir en los sofás de recepción esta mañana habían como 4 personas durmiendo hacen lo que quieren , este hotel debería de ser gratis nunca he estado en un hotel tan y tan pésimo y decepcionante como este
