Kahvaltısı yeterliydi sadece kahve makinası aşırı yavaş çalışıyordu.konumu trevi çeşmesine 1 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi.Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oldular. İlk odamızda pencere yoktu. Ertesi gün farklı bir odaya geçtik

El alojamiento no estaba en el edificio de la ubicación que dan. Cuando llegamos a recepción nos comenta el profesional que nuestra habitación está en un edificio cercano a ese que es más ‘vintage’. La ubicación bien pero el edificio era muy antiguo con olor a humedad, tubería… en resumen, muy mal olor, no se podía respirar. Si se abrían las ventanas la calle era bastante concurrida y no se podía descansar. Por otro lado, reservé una habitación triple. La habitación contaba con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama de piel sin sábanas. Además, la habitación estaba preparada como una habitación doble puesto que solo contaba con dos juegos de toallas para dos huéspedes.

Great location- staff could do better!!!

Large spacious room and great location

Cons:

Separate buildings from reception. Our room phone didn’t work so I sent an email with my inquiry. We have since checked out and they still haven’t t responded.
Also, check in was a nightmare. One person on reception and we waited 30 minutes to check in

Cons:

Habitaciones asignadas fuera del recinto a 7 min y otra con ventana falsa. Al reclamar nos asignaron una mejor en el lugar que reservamos. Pero es pequeña. Muy pequeña.
