Estafa. No es un hotel. Engaño
Pros:

La ubicación. Lo único.

Cons:

Te estafan. Te dicen que es un hotel y tenéis que alojarte en un edificio residencial sin seguridad. Dicen tener un ascensor. nunca funciona. Tuvimos que subir 5 pisos por escaleras. Las moscas en el desayuno son un desastre. El personal te engaña y no te da ningún tipo de respuesta. Jamás volveré a hospedarme en un lugar así.

Perfecto hotel en el centro.

Delighted with our choice of accommodation.
Pros:

Perfect location, and the office staff were fantastic. Helped us locate missing luggage, organised exceptional touring opportunities and answered all our questions. The room we stayed in was delightful, and the lift was so quintessentially Rome. Make sure you include breakfast- superb and not at all expensive. A total recommendation.

Great Location & breakfast. Frustrations related to safety and missing elevator.
Pros:

Great location near Trevi fountain. The room decor was really nice. Breakfast was good with some variety on different days as well as some staple breakfast items. It was a good mix of local and international breakfast options.

Cons:

I was unpleasantly surprised to find that this was a group of locations near Trevi fountain rather than 1 location, that said one of the reasons I chose this "hotel" was because it stated that an elevator was included. While this was true for the location that we travelled to for breakfast that was not true of the location we stayed in. With 7 very large suitcases for our 3 week european vacation, as you can expect, it was a little frustrating. In addition, we had to use 3 different keys to get into our room and we were locked in if someone left with the keys (which did happen and is how we noticed we couldn't open the door from inside). This was very concerning from a fire safety standpoint.

Great location, beautiful rooms and size. Would stay here again

Location was exceptional and was great to be so close to Trevi Fountain and many other sites in Rome like Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and others

Cons:

Since it is so close to Trevi Fountain it was hard for taxi to get close to hotel due to amount of people. Know exactly where hotel is upon arrival knowing you will not be dropped off right in front of hotel
