Pros:

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con una buena vista. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El lugar donde sirven el desayuno es muy pequeño y no cuenta con suficientes mesas para todos los pasajeros. Varios días tuvimos que esperar a que se desocupara una mesa.

A lovely hotel, very good location. I would like to return to Hotel Petit Lafayette soon.
Pros:

The location is excellent, within walking distance of places like Montmarte, The Sacré-Cœur, etc. The Cadet Metro station is about 3 minutes walk away, giving access to all of Paris. The room was nice, surprisingly quiet for such as busy area. We very much appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. The locality has many excellent restaurants and bistros, with local supermarkets too. The self-service breakfast is fairly standard, but the breakfast room is very light and airy with good views of Parisian street life while you eat. We had a most pleasant stay.

Cons:

The one aspect of my stay I found unusual was the lack of a sink in the toilet. There was a sink next to the shower on the opposite side of the room, but it felt odd to enter the toilet, use it, and then exit again without washing my hands first. A small thing, I know, not a complaint, it just felt odd.

It was ok, probably won’t go back. The staff were nice.

The room felt a bit tired, weird situation with the shower in the corner of the room, the sink on the table and a mirror on a wall to the side of it.
Shower door didn’t fit and had a gap down the side
Smelt like the previous guests had smoked in the room!

Great safe and very clean hotel in good location
Pros:

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Beds both the master bed and sofa werecomfortable to sleep for adults. We loved the little balcony where we could drink coffee and sit in the late evening. The breakfast offered also eggs, cheese and ham as well as cereals and delicious yoghurt on top of continental standard delicacies. The coffee at breakfast was really good, there was also tea, juice and water. The area is really safe, even when walking from Gare the l'Est the whole way we felt safe. It is near metro station and a bus stop. The windows block well the noise. Staff is very friendly and ready to offer advice.
