Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut, obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben musste man für Rührei oder englisches Frühstück etc. extra zahlen.
Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, für große Menschen ist es etwas umständlich zu duschen.
Die Matratzen waren extrem weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache

Great location, just a short walk to Earls Court underground station. Convenient to Heathrow as well as rest of London. If you don’t want to walk to the station, there is a bus that takes you there that literary is a few steps from the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Liked the breakfast, the coffee and fresh fruit were especially good.The air con worked well and we really appreciated it given the heat wave.
The tv was a bit small, also more hooks in the bathroom would be good.

Świetny hotel w cichej, spokojnej, bezpiecznej dzielnicy. Bardzo blisko do metra i autobusów jeżdżących do centrum. Dookoła wiele restauracji i barów oraz sklepów spożywczych. Na prawdę było wszystko, czego turysta potrzebuje. Śniadanie smaczne, świeże potrawy, wcale nie tak mały wybór. Dla chętnych możliwość (za dodatkową opłatą) zamówienia dużego śniadania. Bardzo dobre wi-fi.
Trzeba zwrócić też uwagę na przemiłą, bardzo pomocną obsługę wszystkich pracowników hotelu. Bardzo dziękuję za miły pobyt w Państwa hotelu.

Excellent accueil. Gestion de la porte d'entrée exceptionnelle. Une eau chaude à 96°C pour le thé du matin. Chambre spatieuse avec la climatisation. Gérante présente et a un mot pour chaque résident.
It was in a quiet, safe location----easy to get to train station. It was also very comfortable especially having air conditioning after a long hot day of sight seeing.
It was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a menu and continental. The staff was very helpful and happy personality, especially Nicole and the breakfast attendant.
Our mini Refrigerator was broken. There are not enough electrical outlets at the bedside. Pillows were hard and flat. The room was small. (but we managed)
