Comfortable and friendly Kensington hotel in a really good location for getting around London.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The King-size bed was super comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt both very welcome and very well looked after. This is a really good location in Kensington perfectly situated for getting around |London. Although we were facing the street it was very quiet all week. The air conditioner was silent. too and we slept very well

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable. It has all the modern amenities but the tap in the bathroom tends to spray you a little if you're not careful. Minor issues though.

Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the nearest underground station and restaurants and the Victoria & Albert Museum was closeby. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a little small and I could hear noise from other guests at one point. But they may have just been very loud.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und in ein ansprechendes Zimmer geführt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl was bei 20kg Gepäck sehr angenehm ist. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war super, so dass wir kein extra Paket gebucht haben. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in Laufweite zur U-Bahn und zum Holland-Park, den wir nach der Ankunft noch besucht haben. Auch Kensington Gardens ist nicht weit. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe - das nächste Mal London buche ich wieder dort

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im traditionell britischen Stil.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit der Möglichkeit Tee und Kaffee zu kochen. U-Bahn, Geschäfte und Pubs gab es in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden beim nächsten London-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder dieses schöne Hotel wählen.

Relatief ruim hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een prettige plek.
Pros:

Een net hotel op een fijne, rustige plek. Je merkte 's nachts weinig van het feit dat je in een grote drukke stad bent. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De manager kwam ons actief vragen of alles naar wens was en of er nog iets verbeterd kon worden. Voor Londense begrippen waren de kamers ruim. De ligging vlakbij metrostation Earls Court is ook prettig. Vanaf hier vertrekken 2 metrolijnen, waarmee je snel een groot deel van de stad kunt bereiken. Er is een goed ontbijt met toast, erg goede croissantjes en koffiebroodjes die ze uit Frankrijk importeren, yoghurt en vers fruit. Voor warm ontbijt (omelet, English breakfast) moet je bijbetalen, maar dit wordt dan wel vers voor je gemaakt.

Cons:

Aanvankelijk spoot het douchewater op alle plekken uit de douchekop behalve de onderkant. Dit kon ik zelf vrij gemakkelijk verhelpen door een bout aan te draaien. Vervolgens was het water ook afwisselend steeds warm en koud. We hebben dit bij de manager aangegeven en dit bleek aan boilerproblemen te liggen. Dit werd vervolgens netjes en vlot opgelost.

Loved this hotel and will return!
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful. The location was excellent; not only was everything within walking distance, the walk itself was great because the neighborhood is beautiful. Like most London hotels the spaces are not big but everything was well organized and the rooms were quiet.

Cons:

The free breakfast was a bit minimal but add-ons were plentiful and not too expensive. The elevator was really slow, which offered several mini-meditation moments each day.

Mooi centraal hotel, vooral zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Zeer aardig en hulpvaardig personeel. Ze kwamen direct helpen toen we hulp nodig hadden (koelkastje ging niet meer dicht), en begroetten ons vriendelijk toen we binnenkwamen. Fijne locatie, loopafstand van twee metrostations met verbindingen naar de rest van het Londense centrum. Gelegen in mooi rustige zijstraat. Kleinschalig hotel met constante bezetting van de receptie.

Cons:

Het hotel zag er op sommige plekken wat gedateerd uit. Verder prima.

Cons:

The music from breakfast and noise/chatting from the kitchen woke us up every morning at 7AM, I think this was because we were on the ground floor. I doubt this is an issue for other rooms
