Pros:

Continental breakfast was very good and I was very happy that there was glutenfree options. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel had all time charm in it and felt very comfortable.

Cons:

Our toilet had a little flushing problem but it was fixed by friendly staff member. Everything else was fine.

reservamos un afternoon tea, despues de recibir una promocion de booking.com de 10 libras de descuento. De facto no nos hicieron ningun descuento y nos cobraron precio de lista, 25 libras por persona...

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel and room was amazing! The bed was so comfortable and soft, the pillows were great too. The room was very clean and the A/C worked great with the heat wave.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my luggage so I could spend a day out.
The laundry service was great!
The location was amazing and only a 10 minute walk to the tube and bus station were around the corner, also a 20 minute walk to a lot London attractions.
I will definitely stay here again!
