Pros:

O conforto do quarto e a localização.

Cons:

Nomeadamente uma funcionária mais velha da recepção, não cumprimentava cada vez que os hóspedes entravam no hotel. De resto, equipa prestável.

Cute hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, whether at the reception or the breakfast buffet, everyone was so nice. Also, the breakfast was 10/10; good variety and the bakery was delicious.

Cons:

There’s construction right in front of the hotel, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault but worth flagging.

Clean and modern boutique hotel in Florence
Pros:

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location in Florence. Comfortable & clean family room (perfect for a family of 5) and delicious breakfast buffet. Good air-conditioning which was needed in July! Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations on where to eat and helped us with a taxi the following day to the airport

Cons:

Nothing. Great stay.

המיקום מצויין ומרכזי היינו ארבעה אנשים בחדר היה ענק ! יש מכונת אספרסו מיני בר ומיטה מפנקת ומצעים וואוו. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד ומספקת . צוות המלון מדהים במיוחד נציגת הקבלה הכי חייכנית ואדיבה שנתקלתי.

Ótima localização! Próximo a estação Roma Termini! Chuveiro bom! Cama boa! Ótima limpeza! Mas o principal foi a rápida solução do nosso problema! Chegamos no quarto, estava muito quente dentro. Pensamos que era porque havia ligado o ar apenas quando chegamos! Deixamos ligado para uma volta! Quando chegamos, quarto continuou quente! Fomos tomar banho! Inundou o banheiro (havia apenas um box parcial)! Foi a gota d’água! Ligamos a recepção e pedimos para trocar de quarto! Fomos atendidos na hora! Isso faz a diferença! Uma estadia que poderia ser um desastre, terminou numa ótima experiência! Voltaremos!

Very well located hotel with nicely updated clean air-conditioned rooms and extremely helpful staff.
Pros:

Close proximity (10-15 minute walking) to the railway station and almost all major places to visit in Florence. The hotel was very nicely updated - rooms are modern and the air conditioning is ice cold, which is a rare treat during an European summer. The staff are extremely helpful - truly going above and beyond to make your stay a great one. The included breakfast buffet was delicious.

Cons:

The property was great. I would absolutely stay there again. The only issue outside the property during our stay was the construction going on in the street on which the hotel is located, which had some portions of the sidewalk and the street blocked off. This is of course not the hotel’s fault and should be resolved once the construction is completed.

Easy walk to the centre. Modern interior, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The one side of the hotel was extremely noisy at night. We asked to move rooms which made a meaningful difference.
