Pros:

Excelente localização, perto do centro histórico a uma curta distância a pé, bom para famílias com crianças. Perto da estação de comboios e vários restaurantes na vizinhança. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e silencioso (voltado para as traseiras do edifício, embora sem vista). Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito variado e de qualidade embora sala pequena.

Would stay again if visit Firenze
Pros:

This boutique hotel is quite newly built or renovated. Everything is very clean. Elevator puts us into each floor without any steps (no steps from the hotel main entrance to room). All the staffs were really kind, room cleaning was done twice a day - midday when we were out of the room & evening time. Airconditioning works very well (I stayed in mid-April), room windows can be actually opened and electronoc mosquito repellent was ready in each room so you can plug in if you need. Breakfast was served at the 1st floor with ham, cheese, sweet pastries and bread, some yogurt, bacon and scrambled egg. Everything is absolutely perfect and I really enjoyed stay!

Cons:

Really nothing. I loved everything.

Тепер є улюблений готель у Флоренції.
Pros:

Чудовий готель. Розташування ідеальне, близько і до вокзалу і до центральної площі. Номера стильні, з сучасним дизайном, та чисті. Персонал був дуже привітним, допомагали у всьому. Сніданок на 5+!
Менеджер, який супроводжував сніданки - йому потрібно видати премію! Дуже турботливий чоловік!

The esthetics and breakfast served was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Excelente ubicación y maravillosa habitación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Maravillosa atención del personal. Muy buena la habitación, muy cómoda, funciona muy bien aire y calefacción.

Cons:

El restaurante y desayuno excelente, muy variado y delicioso. Recomiendo abrir el servicio antes de las 7:30 am. Para poder salir desayunados a las excursiones por fuera. También hace falta café en la habitación.
