Pillows had yellow stains, on the pillowcase and pillow itself. Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom was clean. The staff was sorely lacking on hospitality. Literally came and unplugged the waffle batter machine, right in between someone using it and me. The eggs are microwaved in a bag and dumped into the warming tray. Coffee was barely even brown colored, it was so weak. Breakfast was very underwhelming. They did have good fresh fruit!

Google shows it has a pool, it in fact is filled with concrete.
My room was infested with bugs.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating for our pet
One of the guests upon leaving was extremely confrontational saying they were going to "beat our asses" because their dog looked like ours and commented on it. Totally outside of the building and staff was unaware. Even when police were called.
