Pros:

Tout était génial, le petit déjeuner super, le personnel très gentil très très belle hôtel
Très bel vue et très au calme, à 15min du centre-ville à vélo

Cons:

Small pool area, breakfast could be improved as for a 5* hotel. In general it didnt feel like a 5* experience. I would say its a 4* hotel.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful property. The staff were brilliant and the little details made all the difference - pillow menu, GHD hair dryer & lovely Italian toiletries.
The hotel is beautiful, combining traditional Italian luxury with a modern twist.
Just to flag - it is outside the main area approximately 30 min walk. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you want to be in the historic centre it may feel slightly too far

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The fresh fruit and croissants were perfect. There was something for everyone. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Our son had birthday and they had even prepared a tiramisu with a candle for him. The staff thought of everthing. Thank you

Un super souvenir personnel au top, petit dej et restaurant excellents
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel: on pouvait rejoindre un restaurant le soir à pied longeant l’Arno et puis il y avait les navette pour se rendre au centre de Florence

Absolute beauty of a hotel. Very serene and lovely to be just outside the city. Though it is a lovely 20 minute walk along the river. Shuttle services are great.
