City tour in Florance
Pros:

The hotel is a bit far from the city center in a quiet area. The room was always clean. The breakfast is plentiful.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor near the reception. Next to the cleaning supplies store and the toilet, it was very noisy in the mornings.

Ganz ok für 2 Tage.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, gute Lage, kostenlose Getränke in der Lobby, ausgewogenes Frühstück.

Cons:

Relativ kleines Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Wir hatten das Personal darüber informiert aber es wurde gesagt sie funktioniert ganz normal. Das Badezimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Parken kostet 25€ die Nacht. Beim Frühstück war das Personal etwas unorganisiert. Es fehlten große Teller und teilweise Besteck. Kaffee-Bestellungen wurde vergessen.

Le confort et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La chambre était envahi de moucherons et de mauvaises odeurs, de fosse septique.
Malgré notre réclamation, la deuxième nuit a été de même.
Une bombe aurait été la bienvenue.
Malgré que nous l’avons signalé, aucune amélioration n’a été faite.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, hotel pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è il vero punto di forza, gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. Non è in pieno centro storico, leggermente decentrato ma, questo ha i suoi vantaggi in quanto è più tranquillo e soprattutto viene coperto da un buon servizio di trasporto pubblico con una buona frequenza. Alla partenza siamo stati omaggiati anche da un regalino che ci ha fatto molto piacere! Grazie di tutto e a presto.
