Highly reccomend this hotel and will stay here again and again
Pros:

Don't be fooled by the unimpressive and shabby building entrance — the hotel is fantastic, with super friendly and kind staff, and a good morning breakfast on the terrace. Room cleaning service is also excellent. My room had a nice balcony as well.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή,πολύ κοντά στο duomo και σε άλλα αξιοθεατα.Εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό.

Cons:

Όταν θες να έχεις το δωμάτιο 100 ευρω τη βραδιά πρέπει να έχεις και τις ανάλογες παροχές στο δωμάτιο.Η τουαλέτα ήταν για γέλια και το πρωινό μέτριο.

Cons:

Ausstattung ganz anders als auf den Bildern, abgerockt, alt, alles quietscht, hellhörig.
Abstand zwischen Fußende und Wand keine 30 cm.

Preis /Leistung daher schlecht. Hätten wir kostenlos raus können, hätten wir es getan.

Frühstück sehr einfach, ohne Abwechslung.

Nie wieder, auch wenn die Lage wohl unschlagbar war.

Hôtel correct et bien situé.
Pros:

Bien equipé et bien placé, à proximité de centre historique. Séjour correct.

Cons:

Peinture dégradée dans l'appartement (plafond du salon et porte de la salle de bain).
Certains produits en quantité insuffisante au petit déjeuner. Après le passage des clients précédents nous n'avions plus de croissants, de beignets et de pain. Nous avons dû manger des biscottes. Nous avons eu des lits jumeaux dans une des deux chambres alors que nous avions réservé 2 lits doubles.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Réactif à nos demandes. Etablissement très bien situé, très proche du quartier historique. Tout est accessible à pied. Chambre simple, propre équipée d'une climatisation. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel deux étoiles.

Hotel molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era di piccole dimensioni, ma molto confortevole e fornita di tutti i servizi essenziali (frigo, televisione, condizionatore, asciugamani ...). Si trova molto vicino dal centro, è sufficiente uscire dall'hotel e proseguire per circa 8/10 minuti a piedi e si arriva tranquillamente al duomo. Davanti sono presenti diversi negozi, molto utili per comprare qualcosa al volo da mangiare o per igiene personale. Consiglio vivamente!

Cons:

The room next to us had bed bugs but the staff said not to worry about it because it was already being taken care of. Unfortunately, after our 2nd night in the hotel we started noticing bites on our skin that weren't there the evening before. After 3rd night it was even worse. When the issue was raised to booking.com, along with the photos as evidence, they contacted the hotel on our behalf. But they were unable to come to agreement with the hotel so no kind of compensation or refund was granted. I certainly will not be staying there again but future guests of this establishment may do with this review whatever they wish. Thank you for reading and I wish you a pleasant holidays.

Pros:

Perfect location close to the historic centre of the city.
The hotel has amazing views from the roof, we saw some very special sunsets.
The breakfast was great. Amazing air conditioning in a heatwave.
The staff were friendly and so helpful.
