Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado (solo un ventilador) y mucho ruido de la calle. Además, al tener el View on Art (una terraza abierta al público con vistas al Duomo) cada vez que subía alguna persona/ cliente en el ascensor al sexto piso bloqueaba el mismo, cuando deberían dar prioridad a los huéspedes del hotel. Es decir, si íbamos a distintos pisos y una persona pulsaba el 6, ya todo el ascensor subíamos al 6 primero.

La ubicación y la habitación amplia.

Cons:

El que siendo verano no tuviera refrigerador.
Y tampoco nada de cortesía ni siquiera agua.
La ducha muy pequeña
El papel higiénico en el suelo el dispensador no existía.
Los sobres de Shampoo estaban todos con restos como si los hubiesen usado.
Y el asensor esta malo o yo no lo supe usar ya que solo se marca el piso 6

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, has a 24/7 front desk, and helpful staff. Leaving luggage there on the day of departure was no problem at all. There is a rooftop bar with a view of the historic center. The music from the bar is a bit loud, but they close at 11. The room was smaller, but cozy. You can hear some street noise at night, but the hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is a major advantage. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so we had to air it out in the evening and morning, but it was fine.

AIR CON is a must

Location is incredible.
Roof bar superb.
Reception staff were helpful

Cons:

No air con in rooms.
Although reception provided an additional fan, the room was hugely uncomfortable with the heat. It must be recognised that Italy was experiencing a heatwave but no air con was a major failing.
Room was dated and towels were of the quality of tablecloths.
Would not recommend unless on a budget and not fussy.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Zusätzliche Abzocke für Auto parken was vorher nicht kommuniziert wird. Unfreundliches ausfallendes Personal. Wasser aus der Dusche fließt kaum. Die zentrale Lage erweist sich dann aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse doch nicht so gut. Es ist viel zu laut und die Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Alles in Allem Fragwürdig wie dieses Hotel noch exestiert.

a mio parere costo troppo alto per quanto offerto
Pros:

cortesia della reception, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. vista sul Roof (anche se non gestita dall'hotel e ti obbligavano a prendere consumazione a sedere)

Cons:

la mancanza di aria condizionata , purtroppo colpa mia che non ho letto bene che c'era solo il ventilatore, ma non è che il ventilatore desse grande refrigerio, mancava anche un piccolo frigorifero. la strada era rumorosa (con camion che scaricavano mattina presto)
