Very nice stay and good memories about city and hotel!
Pros:

The person who meet us ( Dulce Dias) was very friendly and welcome! We felt ourself as wished guests! Thank you!

Everything was ok! After check-out we left our luggage and spend extra time in the city.

Hotel central, globalement la chambre est propre et l'hotel l'est également.

Rapport qualité prix défavorable
L'hotel a besoin d'une vrai modernisation et rénovation (inspirez vous des hôtels type ibis style si besoin)
Forte odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain (qu'ils ont vaguement masqué par un diffuseur d'huile essentielle), meme si la salle de bain est propre.
Literie de très mauvaise qualité matelas et oreillers très inconfortables
Petit déjeuner passable. Très bon café. Pas d'œufs brouillés.

Our air con wasn’t working properly - the house keeping staff were trying their best- someone in concierge came to check and told me it wa working. ( it wasn’t ) and to close the curtains! Was not helpful

Comfortable , ideally placed for the sights . Great staff

Ideally located and great views . The staff were really helpful and attentive .

Cons:

Our shower head was broken and we reported it - it wasn’t fixed(maybe as it was a Sunday) but hopefully it will by the next guest stay. Having said that it was a great property and would stay again

Helt OK enligt förväntningarna. Dyrt för vad man fick men så är det i Monte Carlo.
Pros:

Väldigt bra frukost förutom juicen som var gjord från koncentrat och smakade saft.

Cons:

Det var väldigt lyhört. Man hörde hissen väldigt mycket och man hörde folk ute i korridoren. Hotellet var väldigt slitet men rummen och toaletterna var OK. Det luktade kloak i receptionen.

Gelukkig hebben we genoten van Monaco en hebben zo min mogelijk op de hotelkamer hoeven doorbrengen.
Pros:

Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We zijn heel goed geholpen met vragen en weetjes over Monaco door een zeer aardige meneer Majid van de receptie.

Cons:

De uitstraling van het hotel is zeer gedateerd en dat zie je niet terug op de foto's tijdens de booking.
Zowel badkamer, toilet en slaapkamer ogen niet schoon en fris. vieze kitranden los zittend behang, fineerwerk dat door vocht los laat. Kamer heel minimalistisch ingericht en een airco dat heel veel herrie maakt. Eer hangt een muffe geur.
Gelukkig was het bed wel zeer comfortabel.
Op zich prima voor een nachtje maar niet voor zoveel geld wat ervoor gevraagd wordt.
