Pros:

The staff were lovely and accommodating, the breakfast was good value for money. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean. The location is convenient for the train station and it it easy to get around town. If you need a parking space, this is a good bet.

Cons:

The air conditioning control unit screen could not be turned off and glared at us throughout the first night. The staff kindly attached some post-it notes to cover it up for our second night. Because it was a corner room and the curtain cover was not comprehensive (lots of light leakage), we were awoken by the first sunlight - which in summer is quite early. Comprehensive blackout conditions might not be achievable, but I would expect more from a 4 star hotel (although this may not matter as much to other people). Noise insulation to the hallway was also not amazing, we heard people coming and going from their rooms late at night even though are door was shut.

Pros:

Op de laatste dag hadden wij problemen met onze auto, waardoor we van +/- 14u tot 19u in de hotel lobby moesten wachten op depanage/familie. Het persobeel was super vriendelijk, waardoor we minder stress hadden met onze situatie. Ze hebben ons zelfs geholpen met de vervanging van de batterij van onze autosleutel! Her was de 2e maal dat we verbleven in dit hotel en komen absoluut terug wanneer we terug in Keulen moeten zijn. Nogmaals super bedankt voor de service! 💯

typisches Durchreisehotel in super Lage
Pros:

Das ist ein typisches Durchreisehotel und für 1-2 Ü ok. Es punktet mit seiner sehr nahen Zentrumslage, dem sehr netten Personal und dem Parkhaus nebenan- Preise pro Nacht allerdings 28 €. Fußläufig ca. 10 min zum Dom, dem Hbf. und zum Rheinufer.
Ansonsten Zimmer sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, keine Gemütlichkeit, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Frühstücksangebot ist ok, der Frühstückstaum hat Kantinenflair und es ist sehr laut.
Lassen Sie sich vom Personal Empfehlungen zum Abendessen geben, wir haben sehr gemütlich und lecker gespeist.
Ich würde das Hotel eher mit 3 Sternen bewerten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig ok.

Nettes, sauberes Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortabel ausgestattet und ruhig. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Auch das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Familiäres Ambiente, großes Doppelzimmer, alles sehr sauber und alles an Ausstattung da. Das Frühstück war toll; leckeres glutenfreies Brot vorhanden. Kaffeevarianten (z.B. Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato) gegen Aufpreis. Über HBF/Breslauer Platz in 7 min fußläufig erreichbar. Rundum diverse richtig leckere Restaurants.
