Je krijgt wat je mag verwachten voor de prijs.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. het centrum van Keulen en eigen, beveiligde parkeergelegenheid voor een eerlijke prijs. Kamer zag er netjes uit en ontbrak aan geen enkele basis eis.

Cons:

De tv op de kamer was niet heel handig om mee om te gaan. We probeerden - via door de tv erkende apps - te streamen, maar dit liet de tv niet toe.

I loved this hotel and would stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the staff, nice room and excellent breakfast! Convenient location near the Central Station.

Cons:

Our room was ready for our arrival, but some things were overlooked. The complementary water was not in the mini-fridge as was promised and the sheets had a stain on them…maybe fruit juice.

Bra sted med flott garasje!
Pros:

Beliggenhet og standard på rommene.
Personalet var meget bra.

Cons:

Litt lite betjening i frokostsalen. Ikke ryddet og dårlig påfylling av pålegg etc.

The spacious room as they have upgraded our booking

breakfast was rich and convenient for kids too

I wished they offered complementary 1 bottle of water

The bathroom sink was closed, so we had to find a way to open it

We forgot our mobile charger in the room, when checking out, we asked about it, but it was gone

At the breakfast area, the plates and glasses were smelly like eggs which is not comfortable

Wenn man die mangelnde Sauberkeit als Ausnahme sieht, kann man das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Man ist mit 10 Minuten Fußweg am Bahnhof bzw. am Dom. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück ist auch besser als bei vielen anderen Hotels in dieser Preislage. Es gibt eine kleine Hotelbar an der man auch später am Abend ein Getränk bekommt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schmutzig. Es lagen im Bad sehr viele Haare und der Fußboden wirkte trotz Nacharbeit immer noch schmutzig. Vielleicht sind die Fliesen auch sehr unglücklich gewählt. Das Zimmer an sich war scheinbar auch nicht gesaugt. Vielleicht war es auch nur eine Ausnahme.

Cons:

Der Preis für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz finde ich für Santo-Kunden zu teuer!
