The Kempinski Hotel is truly heaven on Earth.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was amazing! you are literally spoilt for choice and the French toast was pure perfection! The pools are so beautiful... they cater for kids and adults so all of us had a good time at the pools... we had a Junior Suite with pool view as a room and its the perfect room for a family of four. My husband had his 40th birthday when we checked in... i mentioned it casually to Elenore (one of the receptionists) and a few hours later he was surprised with a birthday cake in our room :) it was so sweet :) We are so grateful to have chosen this hotel! Totally recommend it!

Pros:

there were a couple of things that could have been better. The service around the pool was quite slow, and unfortunately, I was charged twice for my bill, which was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. everything else was beautiful, well maintained, and the setting was amazing.

The Kempinski is now our outright hotel of choice in Gozo. My wife and I will definitely be back.
Pros:

Impeccable service. The staff always seem to be a step ahead, extremely friendly, accommoddating and polite. Breakfast is first class, pools are lovely, as are the lobby and the suites which are huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

The gym needs a complete overhaul. The Spa area is a tad tired and can do with some TLC, although the Spas service makes up for it.

El personal muy amable, la comida y bebida muy buena, las instalaciones lindas y la ubicación cerca del pueblo es conveniente para caminar allí.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel, áreas en corredores muy solitarios, sofás abandonados en corredores, el baño del spa no estaba tan limpio ni recogido para el nivel de hotel que es, lo esperaba impecable con olor a spa, pero hay detalles que se les pierden para ser un gran hotel.
