Bel Hôtel pour séjourner à Gozo
Pros:

Bel hôtel pour rayonner sur Gozo. Équipe très professionnelle et agréable avec une mention très spéciale pour Mayuree qui nous a accompagné et aidée, dans nos réservations et surtout pour nous aider à récupérer nos bagages, égarés par Air France, en se rendant disponible même en dehors de ses heures de travail.
Très bon petit déjeuner et 3 belles piscines dont une dédié aux adultes

You always know what to expect from Kempinski
Pros:

Kempinski is world-wide known brand - so you get what you expect. Lobby is beautiful, rooms are spacious and modern. If it had also a lido with the sea access (like Kantra in Ta Cenc) then this hotel would have been perfect.

Cons:

Houses surrounding the pools area needs cleaning: their windows were all dirty.

Hotel muy lejos de lo que espera por categoría y marca.
Pros:

Pesimo, desde la llegada donde nadie te ayuda con el equipaje, hasta la salida , que pasa lo mismo.

Cons:

Decidimos reservar este hotel atraídos por su reputación de 5 estrellas y su elevado precio, esperando una estancia de lujo. Lamentablemente, la realidad fue muy distinta y nos sentimos profundamente defraudados.

Lo peor fue la falta de ateción, mantenimiento y limpieza en las zonas críticas:

La habitación: Nos encontramos con moho visible en las juntas del lavabo del baño. Además, los textiles eran inaceptables para un hotel de esta categoría; nos proporcionaron toallas viejas, deshilachadas y con roturas.

La piscina infantil: Fue imposible utilizarla con tranquilidad debido a muchisimas avispas muertas en la pisciona de niños. Supuso un riesgo de seguridad real para nuestro hijo pequeño y una gran incomodidad.

Al trasladar estas quejas a la dirección del hotel, la respuesta fue nula. No nos ofrecieron soluciones reales ni mostraron empatía, lo que nos obligó a acortar nuestra estancia y abandonar el hotel anticipadamente.

Muy lejos de lo que espera de un hotel de esta cadena y precio.
