It was still a great stay.
Pros:

Its cozy , clean , staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

That day was hot weather, and i thought they have air-condition instead they have 2 ventilator fan for each of us which is not bad but it was still not comfortable to sleep. Good thing we just stayed one night.

Dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toller Empfang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich super - viel Auswahl, frisch und liebevoll präsentiert. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeit. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rezeption:
Der Sonntags-Rezeptionist war nicht gut. Er versteht seinen Job nicht.
Er lässt seinen mich ausschecken. Ich laufe zum Parkhaus mit meinem Gepäck und stehe vor verschlossenem Tor.
Ich gehe zurück und melde mich bei Ihm und Frage, wie das mit dem Tor funktioniert.. Daraufhin gibt er mir den Schlüssel mit den Worten, dass es selbsterklärend ist.
Das empfand ich als sehr schlechten Service.
Vor allem da ich in dem Moment der einzige Gast an der Rezeption war und er mir volle Aufmerksamkeit hätte schenken können.
Das hat mich etwas geärgert.
Alle anderen Personen, wie der Rezeptionist vom Vortag und der Küchen und Büffetservice waren sehr gut.
