Is a great location and the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and courteous

$250 damage deposit????????? on top of room rate was ridiculous and I will never stay there again

Cons:

The $250 safety deposit is not acceptable, not normal, not guest friendly, is insulting, and I have equal other choices to stay where I am not demanded to give a $250 damage deposit!!!!! Ridiculous, stupid, insulting, and hardly Sandman does not want my business anymore!!

It was an overall great experience for my granddaughter who loved everything.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made my granddaughter and I most welcome.

Cons:

I would preferred to have an inside door to our room rather than the outdoor entrance.

I appreciated that the reception was able to transfer us and upgrade our room

Cons:

Was disappointed:
1) The first room was musty and the carpet was wet.
2) That the security deposit,
-had to be credited card and couldn't return the deposit on departure , we gave to wait 3-5 business days
-should be able to accept cash ir debit for security deposit

Pros:

Was a nice area, lots of stores close by, mall was just 20 minute walk, Dennys was right there so didn't have to go far to get breakfast, was quiet at night so got a good night's sleep

Cons:

TV was mounted too close to the wall, wanted to hook my game up to play for a bit or watch Netflix and ect.

Quiet and clean

Cons:

The smoke detector battery started chirping at 3 am...no smoke just low battery
Sleep was very disrupted and spoiled the day because of exhaustion
We were allowed a late checkout without a $20 fee...big effing deal!!

Pros:

Had a bed not much more ...channels sucked furniture was beat up... Had people lingering outside smoking .. felt like a sro more than a hotel

Dirty .. outdated .. grungy patrons.. lots of junkies getting high around hotel
